I was getting worried about my teeth because I haven't been to a dentist in a while, yet I can't start treatment yet as I am waiting for my newer dental insurance policy to take effect in a month. I had xrays and a dental exam done by Dr. Tyler and associates, (they had an affordable special for that) and I am glad I went there to hear his impartial opinion. I felt very fortunate to find this dentist after I broke a cap weeks after my family dentist retired. The office worked me in quickly and I was very happy to get my front tooth replaced. so quickly. When I called . . Laura was very nice and helpful When I came in for the appointment and filled out the papers, the receptionist was the same. It was good to meet the dentist Dr. Tyler and I think he did a good thorough job examining my teeth. He has a nice personality and explained everything well. The only negative experience I had was the hygienist. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months for many years and this one was more painful than I am used to, and I didn’t like her attitude, treating me like a child, offended I wanted just the regular cleaning instead of the quad scaling and making me hold a mirror to show me how to brush my teeth and floss. I will choose a different person to clean my teeth next time. I would also liked it if the person giving me the prices of the procedures would have explained that my insurance would be paying a part of the cost beginning in January, if I wanted to make my appointment for the filling then. I had to ask them why the insurance showed 0 payments. I made my next dental appointment in January to take advantage of what my insurance could contribute. I liked getting the carnation as a little gift when I left. A nice touch. I liked the dental assistant who was expecting twins, who came into the waiting room and greeted one of the patients. Almost everyone there seemed like nice friendly people. You asked for an honest review and a way to improve so I wanted to be truthful.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hello and smiles from everyone. I was there for the beginning of a "deep cleaning" (upper and lower right quads). Janelle, the hygienist, was so patient and explained everything she was doing during the procedure. She was very gentle, and friendly. Dr. FAUST and his assistant were very lovely in their care. They were working with new technology and were open and honest about every detail of the check up. I finally got to understand the "number calling" thanks to Dr. Faust. I felt comfortable.

Professional, caring, friendly staff, Dr Taylor is wonderful. He puts a person at ease right away and that is a great thing when you need to visit the dentist. His assistant was attentive and friendly. Laura was extremely helpful when documenting and presenting the treatment plan and working on obtaining a pre-estimate from my insurance company. All around professional great experience.

I went in believing I had a cavity on my upper teeth it was correctly diagnose that I did not have a cavity on my upper front teeth however my two bottom front teeth both had a cavity a deep cavity thanks to the great team of dentists and the secretarial staff I still have a bright shiny smile

I absolutely love Melissa. I would like to keep her. I am familiar with Dr. Sharer as he treated my dental needs for 20 years. I know Dr. Michael Taylor as he is both a neighbor and my current treatment doctor. He sure has a great personality. Today he treated me with cavity repair, and he did this with lesser medication. This is great. I have fired many dental professionals until the late 1990's. I stayed with your dental team because I like everyone there, including clerical. Thank you all!
