The dental hygienist made some good recommendations for more intense hygiene procedures at home, I.e, get a waterpik. Dr. Slave was warm and friendly. As usual, and showed that she understood my desire to “protect my investment.”

I'm having a dental problem and I call and get in same day at a convenient time. No long wait to be seen and I received a quick analysis, xray and Dr. exam with a referral to a specialist in about 30 minutes. This is my current Dentist office and I am very pleased with the service and care I receive.

The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable from the Dentist to the front desk people. I originally chose Greenwood Dental when I moved to Tara Heights but I have sense relocated and still go back to them for my dental needs.

I really like this place. They are professional and friendly. I work about an hour away from them but I don’t want to go to a new dentist.

Visit was extremely good. I had an exam with Dr. J after not going to the dentist for nearly 4 years. I generally do not like going to the dentist but Dr. J did a great job and I have already scheduled subsequent cleanings and fillings.

I liked my hygienist and she did a great job on my cleaning. I loved that although I have extremely sensitive teeth she was able to give me a pain free cleaning with the help of some numbing gel. However, the first time I went there I felt like I was being up sold the whole time. I felt like she was trying to push extra products, scaling and more frequent visit that weren’t really needed as to increase my spending. I didn’t like that feeling. I want to feel like I’m in a medical setting not a car salesman’s office. I have a friend who is a hygienist and she told me that some hygienists are commission based and I think that may be the problem here. This concerns me as I feel they may not be truthful with me as to what is needed in terms of my dental health.

Greenwood Dental Associates continually proves that simplicity benefits efficiency, and that stylish interior decor can have substance. I was greeted promptly and kindly upon my arrival, and even though I was about five minutes early, I was brought in right away. My hygienist was friendly, sociable and experienced. The new dentist was also very detailed in her examinations and identified an odd cavitation in my front tooth that had just begun to develop, and after a swift explanation of an ultimately reasonable cost, I had the cavitation filled in under two minutes of my time, and left the practice with peace of mind.

Dr. Slava always makes me feel comfortable. I always feel like I'm with family and trust her with my care.

As always, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The hygienist was thorough, yet gentle. The dentist explained her recommendations for treatment in a clear and understandable way. Outstanding team!

Loved the setup, however, the Dentist never looked in my mouth at anything. At every other Dentist (which have been quite a few), the Dentist usually comes in at the end if the cleaning to do a quick 3-5 look at everything. In this case, that didn't happen, but is that normal now-a-days (or maybe because I had full x-rays done)? Overall, loved the experience though and will be back.
