The cleaning went very well for me, and I was glad it did not last as long as it did in the old days, with a hygienist having to scrape and scale manually. I was also glad that while Dr. Katie was keeping an eye on trouble spots that might become cavities, at least for now I am not due for any major procedures. As usual, the service was outstanding. DR. Frank had an emergency and so we were a bit late getting started, but I didn't mind because I was the emergency once and I really appreciated Doc cutting into his schedule to take care of me. Any dental needs are fully explained, but always given in a reassuring manner, not an alarmist tone even if there are problems that need attention soon. Never feel rushed. Lots of smiles from the staff. While it could be to show off great looking teeth, it's obvious they enjoy what they do. Another patient arrived very soon after I did. The new office is beautiful - new and fresh! The staff is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I was there for an top retainer to be made but Katie also took time from her appointment to answer my question about my bottom retainer. Thank you!
