My children have been receiving orthodontist care for many years and I didn’t doubt to be with Dr. Hawkins’ office when it was my turn as an adult. Everybody is so caring and nice. They will be with you all the way of the orthodontist treatment. There are several options for payments and even discounts if there are more members in the family receiving services. Currently, I am wearing retainers and still go to my regular appointments just like my teenager son. I highly recommend Dr. Hawkins for the whole family!!!! Allie from Redmond, WA

We always feel well taken care of in our visits to Dr. Hawkins office. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain current progress and upcoming treatment plans, and try their best to book appointments that work best for your family’s busy schedule. They always have wonderful information available in the lobby, and fun contests for patients. Also, they have an annual patient appreciation event, sometimes a free movie or ice skating for example, which usually takes place right at the end of the school year. Patients can bring a friend along for the appreciation events which is very generous. It’s nice to have the time to chat with the staff, all very personable, at these events too. We highly recommend the services at Hawkins Orthodontics for an overall great experience.

We really liked Doctor Hawkins and his entire staff. They are all very friendly and go out of their way to form a family like atmosphere, including movie nights, park days etc. We have 3 Kids who all had braces by Hawkins orthodontics. We highly recommend them.

Our experience with Dr. Hawkins was fantastic. It was the little things in the details that made it such a great experience. Dr. Hawkins has a way with the kids, to get them to understand the importance of taking care of your teeth. Not to mention the prompt emergency visits, the easy to work with schedules, and that little extra the staff puts in to make it so great.

First off Ann (front desk) is fantastic! Either quickly responding to a phone call re scheduling matters or setting up another appt, school pass notes knowing my daughters vacation breaks sometimes better than I do and so much always with a happy pleasing welcoming demeanor. My daughter this far has enjoyed the process and her smile has come along quite well. Dr Hawkins is a perfectionist and plans things rather well ensuring that in the end she will have a stellar smile. The visits are timely and efficient we travel to klahanie from North bend and I barely have enough time to grab a Starbucks treat and lunch for the day before she is up out of the chair. Our other favorite when we get to see her is Vicki. Great office, location, staff and product/service. It’s difficult planning several weeks to months ahead of time and when life changes happen they are yielding to busy families. My teenage daughter actually looks forward to going to see Dr. Hawkins !
