I was treated with professionalism, respect and honor . The front dest clerk " Rene" I believe that is her name is awesome. She goes beyond her way to assist not only the staff, but also the patients. My experience with my new PA was pleasant, she was professional, caring and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. We both spent time to work out the best plan of treatments that would benefit me. One of the highlights of my experiences with my appointments is that I don't have to wait. Service and treatment visits have been punctual. There has been challenges with referrals, but it has been mainly by the reffered providers NOT from my PCP office. I look forward continuing to receive services from my PCP. Dr Prabaker and his professional staff are a blessing to me. Thank you!

My usual monthly appointment went very well from check in to check out. I’m very happy with my provider, PA Rhea. She’s very sweet, takes the time needed to explain any questions or concerns you may have. She has never made me feel rushed and I always feel that she’s very good at what she does. Things don’t slip through the cracks! I’ve been going to this practice for about three plus years and will continue to see PA Rhea as she’s wonderful! I highly recommend!

Friendly service. Only thing is the bathroom was extremely dirty. And not sure why other people’s urine samples are in there. Also got my weight wrong but thankfully I asked them to re weigh be toward the end and I was right they were 6 lbs off. Besides that everyone was nice.

I had my first appointment at Healthcare Medical Group. The office was clean with water and TV available for patients. The office staff Was friendly and welcoming. There was a very short wait time. I took my father to his appt. Aand was seen by P.A. AMY.. she was excellent! Was concerned about my father's symptoms. They no longer like to be seen by Dr. Probaker, they don't like how they are treated by him. Instead of feeling better leaving his office., they feel worst. Because how he gets on their case about their health, and treats them bad with no respect. The things he says to them. It makes them feel bad. They no longer want to be seen by him , and now we request Amy or Haley..They are so understanding and respectful. They both have patience for my elderly parents.

Tha staff are the best! Very accommodating! They agreed to see me earlier when I arrived early, when I informed them I have to go back to work after the appointment! And everyone was so sweet apologizing for my wait time even though at most I was waiting a few minutes at any given time! Even being seen by the medical student who was at the office was great! I feel like my next visit I can just talk about general stuff and not have to remind her of everything again and I don't have to retell my history again. I was disappointed that I had to wait over an hour beyond my appointment time, but I had brought my reader/Kindle so was able to occupy myself. The appointment with the P.A. (well, actually 2 - since a student from Western was also there!) went fine. I am disappointed that yet another test of my mental status was done. It gets old...just getting old! I needed some prescriptions refilled, and the student PA took care of that with my mail order company (Humana)...but somehow my hydrochlorothiazide capsules were reordered as tablets (after taking the capsules for years). That was frustrating to me. This Medicare required appointment was pretty much a waste of time - but I was treated pleasantly even though it took a large portion of my afternoon. The link sent to me on my phone was non-operational, stating that it did not conform to Google standards. If it had worked, I would have responded immediately. Thank you for asking.
