My massage with Liz was awesome. My neck and shoulders haven't felt this good in a long time. I have booked another with her. I love the lounge and sauna. For the first time I felt my massage was complete, as opposed to Geri g up, dressed and leaving tight after. Thank you for a very nice experience

Liz is a very skilled therapist and thoroughly worked to provide a great massage experience. The unisex changing room was unexpected and uncomfortable. Also, the river were too small for someone over 6 feet tall.

I met with Trish for a consultation, as it was my first time there. Trish was extremely well prepared for my visit and very informative. She definitely knows her line of work inside and out, and left no stone unturned. She was not at all forceful with her recommendation of treatment, or of the products available. We even experimented with some makeup products that I inquired about, and definitely walked out feeling much prettier than when I walked in. I drive all the way from Lake View just to see Dr. Nazareth and his staff. I also get some treatment in the spa. Everyone is so nice and I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Nazareth is literally an expert and I put all my faith in him. I will drive hundreds of miles to see him and his team!

I was very pleased with my Cool Peel appointment today by Chelsea. I was a bit nervous prior to my appointment because I usually see Kahley, but booked with Chelsea instead, due to conflicting schedules. I thought Chelsea was very thorough and I appreciate her taking the time to educate me on at-home care and oral supplements. I would recommend either of these ladies, and moving forward will schedule with either of the two with whom is available.

It's not often you find someone willing to explain everything and answer questions. Chelsea's patience, dedication and work ethic are wonderful. She pays close attention to details in all aspects of her work. Thank her for a wonderful hydrfacial. The only thing that was disappointing was when I went to check out I was told the 15% coupon from Northtown did not apply. It would be nice if there was some kind of notice or card letting clients know that in advance. The coupon expires 9/30/19. I was told a new system is going into effect with points. Great! I have to get scar treatments at least once a month and it gets very expensive. Maybe a rewards program or something would be something to consider? I used to use the Northtown discount which was really nice so something like that would be helpful!

One of my friends suggested to come in for laser hair removal partially with Chelsea. After a consultation I went with an upper lip removal. Which lead to under arm hair removal. I would recommend seeing Chelsea for any and all skin treatments. She knows what she’s talking about and I have no hesitations leaving my skin appearance in her hands. I have since completed ansieres of cool peels and a laser reconstruction for acne. I plan to keep coming back to Chelsea even after my wedding!!
