It was my first visit with any doctor in a three year period. They were very friendly and understanding from the moment I walked in the door. As a visually impaired person, they accommodated me and even made uncomfortable moments fun and less embarrassing. I love the phlebotomist! She was amazing! They all were kind and listened carefully to my issues. They managed to take care of 90% of them. It looks like I’m going to have a long lasting relationship with this medical family practice! I feel so lucky to have stumbled up on them. Thanks for hiring the best people!

My time at the office was positive and everyone was nice. I wish the hours were more flexible though. Maybe one day starting later and ending later. Also, when I tried to call to return a call, I sat on hold and then got hung up on multiple times. It took me a few hours to get through. I wish there was an option to leave a message.

But she goes to great lengths to be successful without multiple attempts. For that I am very grateful. I also appreciate that the NP's actually listen to me and read my chart. You all make me feel like a VIP!

Your office staff is great. I only held back one star because Nancy is a bit off-putting. She speaks slowly and with a weird voice. I don't feel like she totally listens to what I am saying.

I love that I can have labs drawn right in the office instead of having to go to a different location.
