A human error of the timing of the appointment wasn't so great, but the staff were apologetic and very courteous. The cleaning was great and the dentist, Dr Ferguson, was very personable in explaining the course of treatment to new patients. I really liked that!

Everyone at Healthy Smiles are informative and very nice. I need some work done, my only issue I have is they do not take payments over time. All money must be paid in full by your last treatment. I understand why, but not helpful to their clients. Most people can not come up with thousands of dollars, and to put that on a credit card is suicide in today's world. Just a hard place to be in when you want to keep all your own teeth. Healthy Smiles is a good place to go to for your teeth.

I am a new patient of healthy smiles and I am not a huge fan of dental offices in general. I went for my first visit and was honestly embarrassed because I have not had a cleaning in over 10 years. When I walked into the office they knew exactly who I was, called me by my name, was called back right away after filling out the paper work. Once I sat in the chair the young lady taking care of me was so nice and again I was super embarrassed to show my teeth, she made me feel calm and better about my teeth then I ever had. She did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Ebertz then came in to examine me and was super friendly, even commented on my teeth not being so bad, he addressed all my concerns and stated we will fix all your issues. This office is amazing and I highly recommend them 100% and for once in my life I am excited to go to the dentist! Wish I knew of them 5 years ago!!!!!

Preparation for the crown was done professionally by dentist’s assistant. Dr Eberz worked in stages checking on how I was feeling regularly.

Since going to the dentist for me is never a great experience, my visit to Healthy Smiles on August 18, 2021 changed my mind. The hygienist, Katie, made sure I was comfortable when taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. She was very professional and skilled at her job. At the visit I was seen by Dr. Ferguson, who gave me a great explanation of what work I needed to have done. He wasn't pushy, and was very accommodating in scheduling my next visit. If someone is looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend the doctors and staff at Healthy Smiles. They treat you as a person and not a number.

Dana was super nice as a person. In addition, she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Ferguson was extremely professional and explained my current situation as well as next steps in a way that was so easy to understand. Such a nice experience. Not something that I have never said regarding a dental visit. Hats off to all!!!!

I used to hate going to the dentist, just knowing I had an appointment freaked me out. Heathly Smiles had changed that. Everyone I met was super friendly and took an interest in me. The lady that cleaned my teeth chatted with me and made me feel like we were old friends catching up. She also was gentle on my teeth, no pain! The whole staff was excellent and seemed like they truly enjoy going to work every day. The place was clean, bright and welcoming.

We been coming to your office for at least 20 years I think since my son been three .The only suggestion I have some times when you come in its not very welcoming so maybe get one of those sign in computers they have at the ortho offices so they know your here and you don't feel your bothering any one.

I was taken back extremely promptly, like as soon as I walked through the door. The assistant was very friendly, helpful and reassuring. The Doctor explained everything about the local anesthesia as I was given it. He was done in under 10 mins. I couldnt have been happier with the experience of having a molar pulled!
