Dr. Chang filled in wonderfully for Dr. K. We needed to check eye pressures to see if I really needed the scheduled eye surgery. Pressures were better and surgery was cancelled. I was impressed with Dr. Chang's time, review of how I administered drops, and that she'd looked over my records the night before to better substitute for Dr. K, although I usually see Dr. Brammer. Hmmmm may need to switch to Dr. Chang, although Dr. Brammer has been very patient with this patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Edwards for at least five years, probably longer, and find her personable and caring. My wait time seemed less than 3 minutes and the assistant was friendly and professional.

On Sat morning called with symptoms of partially detached retina. People were very responsive. Got appt immediately, was checked on arrival, and appt was made with surgeon on duty. Surgery took place about 4 pm Sat at Shawnee Mission. Staff and Dr Edwards were great.

I feel like I have found an excellent eye doctor who covers the bases, answers my questions and doesn't try to sell me something I don't need. Thanks to Dr. K!

I was very satisfied with all of the people I had contact with. Dr. Edwards gave me very good advice on how to continue my treatment on my eye and I will meet with her again in three weeks and she will determine our next course of treatment.

I realize LipoFlow is the latest cash cow for opthalmologists, and have expressed a lack of interest several timesl. This is not a medically necessary procedure, is not covered by insurance, and the results "might" last as long as two years. A little less push on the sales tactic would be appreciated.

I seen Dr. Brammer and she is always so personable. Absolutely love going to see her! Never a long wait and always great to talk with. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was picking out my glasses with Shayla was great, she helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for. But when calling back to follow up , I spoke with someone in optical who was very flustered and had no idea what I was talking about and kept saying " I don't know if they've been ordered or what's going on" and how she doesn't know how to do that. I also dealt with her when I came in to pick up my new glasses and drop off my old pair to have new lenses put it ... which was the plan all along I had with shayla. And she once again seemed frustrated and confused and just kept interrupting me.

Good experience with staff and visit with Dr Carter. She noted an item of concern which I will watch. Ordered a pair of new glasses with adjusted prescription and really like how well it feels wearing the pair. Overall good experience and plan to come back again. Tony.

The appointment was time, the staff cordial and professional during the visit where an electrical cord for an apparatus was caught under the exam chair making it unaccessible, and the photographic eye imaging machine in another room was initially unable to accommodate the "right" eye needing the image.

Dr. Carter decided there was no pressing problem with my right eye so she doesn't need to see me for a year. I had thought I was going to have to endure another cataract procedure, so that was good news. For what it's worth, I did share my line about appointment scheduling. Schedule the eye appointment and the dental appointment in the same time frame because that makes it Biblical: an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth (Exodus). Smiley face goes here.
