The dentist and back girls that help are wonderful. The front receptionist is very rude and unpleasant this is the only issue I have.

We got right in, we’re greeted by everyone we encountered, and assessments and treatment plans were explained in detail. No work was done prior to approvals being requested from the insurance company. My husband and I were both happy with our first visit and are looking forward to working with your team to meet our dental needs.

Everyone was pretty friendly, except for the dentist. He did not introduce himself, barely acknowledged me, and when he was done, he just walked off, on to the next patient. Respectfully, he could use some customer service training.

My kids love it here. We come from Palm Springs. They are always friendly and run on time. My son has had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but here we feel right and home and they are very gentle.

Quick and easy accommodating great staff

We arrived a bit early for my son's appointment. From the time we walked in we were treated politely and compassionately - even though it was pointed out that the office was short-handed and the receptionist was wearing many hats. Something that not everyone in that role can perform without seeming unsettled by the circumstance. I appreciated the candor of the three individuals we encountered at our brief time there.

I absolutely love going to this dentist everyone is always so pleasant.

This office is very understanding of the difficult behavior of fearful children and I like the fact that you don't push them too much because phobias are easy to develop at this age. Calls are always returned and reminders are always sent. Overall a great practice.

I liked the fact that they were able to calm my fears. The staff is AWESOME!
