Not only were they able to basically schedule me in immediately for an appointment the same day, but they also were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, my prescription recommendation was not in stock so I could not immediately receive my sample (which is not their fault), I would only recommend there be more of a variety of samples maintained in stock along with more quantity. It was somewhat of an ordeal. I'm undergoing chemo for pancreatic cancer and had to wait a long time. We were there for 2-1/2 hours, having to wait between patients. The doctor and staff were very kind, and the doctor even went to purchase water for me. They tried to get me through quickly but given my weakened state, it was exhausting. Kudos to the team for being kind.

Our visit to the opthamologist at Costco was very thorough. I was very happy with my exam felt comfortable that the doctor listen to what I said about my eyes

The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful, explaining all the options. I was charged $20 for a 5 minute 'training' session on how to insert and remove contact lenses (I has used hard lenses in the past, and needed to understand the differences with soft lenses). The assistant who did the training was not very helpful, and after returning home I found MUCH more helpful information on the web for free. I suggest you either provide more helpful information to clients (specifically illustrations that demonstrate the technique) or stop charging for this so-called 'training'.

I went in for regular exam but ended up having shingles and dr made it an office visit examined everything and wrote rx. Was very explicit about everything and answered all my questions.

Wait was long. I arrived 15 early to check in. I was initially seen 30 minutes later which was only 15 late but felt long. Checked in and then seen by 5:50 so I stood around for around 40 minutes waiting - 15 of that was me being early. Not enough room and seating and didn’t want to roam far in case I was called. Overall service and people were great. Just waiting was long. Overall 5 but wanted to share that in case helpful.

I appreciated that my appointment time was kept and I was seen on time. I am not happy that your practice group is listed under my insurance and you charge over my coverage. My exam is 100% covered so to charge over that amount is misleading. I will no longer be coming back, if you made a business decision to charge extra, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
