I'm Unhappy with my massage from yesterday. I wrote on the clipboard that I had a migraine and I also verbally told Jasmine that I had a Migraine and I preferred my upper back and neck to be the main points of massage. I reiterated and still she did my lower back mostly and today I'm having trouble walking and I am in a lot of pain. She told me that her table was inferior compared to Sherry's and she did apologize but she still left my neck and upper back till the very end and I could not relax very well. She overworked my lower back to the point where I had to cancel all my other appointments for today. Also she over used oil in my hair so that I couldn't even go into public to get something to eat on my way home. I don't have anything against her. She was very kind and very nice but just did not get my directions very well. Also, I don't mean to be rude or hurtful but I could smell her body odor and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I normally see Sherry and I don't want to see anyone else but her for a massage from now on. Thank you, Annette

Hey Holten, Sorry for the delay in responding. My visit was great. Which has been the case since the first time I walked through the doors some 5 years ago with hope that Holten could fix my some 25 years of back pain from an injury that occurred in 1990. I am thrilled to say that Holten did fix my back and have continued to make sure that it stays healthy through maintenance every two weeks since the end of the full year spent getting it right. The staff is always friendly, attentive and willing to help you get well and stay well. My Holten experience has been a God send to me and will continue to be into the future.

Dr. Jack and Amber remember my issues (and the front desk my name) clearly even after a couple-month absence. I have experienced much relief from pain since returning from out of town.

I am so very pleased with Holten Wellness and Chiropractics!! The services they offer are great and the products are great as well. My experience with Dr Holten was very good.. I was referred to him by two family members. I was in deep distress with back pain. I was given a rapid appointment with Dr Holten, who got me walking without pain in that first visit. He also suggested solutions to some other issues. But the most amazing thing was to get a telephone call from Dr Holten on Sunday afternoon to check on my condition. In this day of very little actual interest from people who should care for us, he is a treasure.

I especially appreciated Tracy going the extra mile to review schedules that morning, re-working them to make more slots for Jasmine (purple hair), including mine.
