I was very pleased with Dr Kelsey. I was floored with what he found as it is kind of scary. We will see how when I see the specialist. Dr. Kelsey was very concerned as I was. I thought I needed new lenses but will see what I need when I go to the specialist. They will let you know.

Michelle was a great help and both listened well and offered well-informed guidance without being either pushy or condescending. Dr. Doris and Michelle were both helpful and personable and Leah was thorough and informative. As pleasant of an I exam as could be. I'm so excited about my new glasses coming soon.

Loved my apt with Dr Dorius. Feedback to improve the experience for patients: Did not appreciate the 5 times I was asked if I’d like to buy or shop for glasses/contacts after my apt. When I kindly declined: I was told about rebates and was told the date of the last time I bought something from their office shop. I would appreciate a more streamlined approach where I am asked only once or twice. As it was: I felt pressured and turned off.

I only seen the Doctor he was very friendly ,professional he had a sense of humor. I was very comfortable with him. I will be back because of the Doctor.

I was comfortable with the professional manner of the new doctor, Dr. Kelsey. He understood my questions, and answered them. He understood my responses to his questions. He was helpful re my daily usages of dry eye drops. I felt that I was in capable eye-doctor hands. I did feel rushed, not thoroughly examined for any possible detached retina (which my mother had). The Holy Ghost told me to see the new doctor this time - I did what the Holy Ghost said to do. Dr. Kelsey has a comfortably firm, respectful handshake which I appreciated. I apologize to him if I did not respond in like manner which I normally would do - I didn't expect that. My lack - if any - has been weighing on me. Kennedy, too, I appreciated. I am grateful that she took my blood pressure. It was unhealthily low, explaining why I have been feeling like a slug lately. Now I know why. It is frustrating, because I know that I am not a sluggish woman. I didn't expect to have an appt so soon for which I am very grateful. Overall, I am grateful and appreciate my eye exam. Thank you. I agree with the plan and follow up that was recommended by the doctor. He is conservative but very concerned in regards to my specific situation. Thank you for your care.

Very courteous and capable office staff, eye technician very competent, Dr. Dorius very thorough as ususal and he was able to get me in to see a retina surgeon for a second opinion on the condition of my eyes which has been very satisfying to me. Selection of new frames was made very easy and I appreciate that.

Nicely appointed rms staff totally appeared to be professional in there dress and demeaner. Quick but not to quick in getting you to each test never felt rushed. Large selection of frames to chose from. If I had a concerned it would be to change something that is out of your control. Wait time for product !! 2 weeks is much to long to wait. But we’ll get over it and it will work itself out. Thanks to a great staff !

Being new to the area, I stopped under the big eye sign for a much needed check up. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and I received my exam. I was informed that I had cataracts in both eyes and this was the root of my vision problems. I was told the process for surgery and given options for surgeons. After 23 years wearing bifocals, i now have 20/20 vision and threw the glasses away. I don't know if everybody turns out this good, but I am elated. Thank you, I'm very gratefull for all your help and friendly advice.

You spelled HIPAA wrong on your medical release. You have “HIPPA”, which for a provider of healthcare who is having me sign a legal form protecting my health information, I’m disappointed you didn’t have this done accurately. It’s ‘Health Information Portability and Accountability Act’. When I told the front receptionist it wasn’t right she actually said (and I’m paraphrasing here) “It’s just always been that way.” Well, cool, then it’s always been wrong.

Dr.was efficient in all he did for me. The girls up front were very nice. The office was very clean. I have been going there for a few years now . They do not push you into buying anything. I will recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

All the staff were very nice & knowledgeable. Only problem was I arrived on time but sat in the waiting about 30 minutes. If they could stick to their schedule better that would be great. Even still, I will continue to see Dr Dorius.

We've been seeing you for the past 14 yrs so you must be doing something right. For me, having the latest technology is important when you get older. Watching the cataract situation over the past few years made it easier to deal with now that the time is here to have the surgery,.
