Cody always gives me special attention-help with my brushing technique. Checking old crowns too.

Mistake was made on intial cost estimate. Ended up being 350 dollars MORE. Not happy. Staff were pleasant and professional. Procedure took an hour and 20 minutes longer than estimated by staff.

So you might want to rethink sending out a questionnaire after something like that happens. 5 stars because I imagine the service would have been as stellar as it always is - sans cancelling an appointment last minute! Very comfortable, and well priced. Highly respectful staff that caters to your any need. I brought my daughter in with me and the office gals treated her wonderfully while I was getting work done. Would recommend to anyone needing dental procedures.

My biggest issue is length of time in the chair. Sometimes it serms like I'm sitting waiting for the dentist or technician. The work has all been excellent
