I was not thrilled about starting Physical Therapy, I cant imagine anyone happy about it. But, honestly, Brian and his staff make my time there very painless. The atmosphere is positive and they genuinely care. I’ve only been there for a little over 3 weeks, but I am thoroughly pleased thus far.

You tailored my therapy sessions to my exact needs and capabilities. You were always mindful of my limitations and possible fatigue factor.

The physical therapist and everyone else here are super great. They work with you. I have never been to more pleasant environment when it comes to doctors/healthcare. And trust me. I’ve been to a lot!!! If I could give more than five stars I could. 11/10

Ben is Awesome I’m thankful for him he is one who cares and really wants you to get better and he tends to your needs and always do what’s best😊 Brad keeps ya smiling and in good spirits. I found Innovative Physical Therapy after knee replacement surgery. I’m so happy I did.I had been going to another physical therapy office and not only did they hurt me, but they were rude. I walked/limped out and made an appointment with Innovative. Cecily is amazing and helped me attain a good range of motion. She always asked me how was I feeling before we started. She never pushed or hurt me. It was a completely different experience from the first pt center. I highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy.

Entire staff is very adept at providing truly Innovative procedures, explicitly tailored to each individuals needs. I was very impressed with their very warm and congenial care. They know what they're doing and always acutey listen and observe.

We had a really great experience throughout our daughter’s PT. The staff are professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable and genuine. You are treated like a person, and not just another number. We highly recommend Innovative Physical Therapy.

You did and do Everything well. I love how the team cared & cares about helping ease and possibly eliminate patients pain, even with chronic pain, get moving better again, while restoring movement/mobilty for them/us all. I feel so much better when I leave Physical Therapy. Well worth the time the patients give to themselves & you all as well. Bottom line: I enjoy coming there, but my schedule gets thrown off track sometimes. Its on my end, Not on Innovative Therapys'. Awesome team! 😀 Bettie W.

I really enjoyed my first experience at innovative physical therapy.. Thanks for doing such a nice job.

When first arriving I would like to know what the plan for the day is, what is hoped to be accomplished. At end of session to know if any progress has been made, and what I should be doing at home between visits, other than exercises. For example: Walking, continue with cane? How far? Type of steps I should be concentrating on. Sitting positions, lying down position, highlighting living style in concert with therapy.

The owner and all of the staff workers gladly greeted me and made me feel so welcome. They were all extremely pleasant and kind instead of being grumpy and moody. They all were enthusiastic about giving me my physical therapy and they gave me the extensive physical therapy that I needed to help me with my hip pains and my hip now feel a whole lot better after two months of physical therapy sessions. I appreciate the excellent service as well as their professionalism.

Making PT fun is always a plus. Attention to details in regards to pain location

I'll recommend to all my friends.

Innovative Physical Therapy has knowledgeable and friendly staff that efficiently make a therapy regimen to get you back to normal quickly..I would definitely go back if the need for physical therapy arises again.
