I have received excellent care from Insight Eye Care. However, I feel the $79 contact fit check is a scam. Initially it is justified, but after 20 years of wearing contacts, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of!

I'm not sure why Barbara gave me optical reports from 2015 and 2016, where most words are abbreviated and, I think, meant for the doctor rather than the patient. I have no clue as to what they mean!
