I find Dr. Gersh and all her associates to be very knowledgeable and caring. They prefer to fix a problem rather than mask it with prescription drugs. It hasn't been a quick fix for me, but I didn't expect that. I'm feeling 80% better than when I first started going there. Cherie, the message therapist, has fixed my damaged knee that I was sure would never be the same. Bob has me on an inflammation reset that has made a big difference and I've lost 10 pounds in 9 weeks. Slow and steady which is what works for me. Dr. Kowata gave me some tools to help my frazzled nerves. It's a team of caregivers that have made a huge difference in my life. Jennifer, at the front desk, is always friendly and makes a point of remembering peoples names and information from small conversations we have. It's a great place and is just what I've been looking for for years!

I was happy with the time spent going over everything and answering any and all questions I have.

The team is Very friendly, available, personal responsive to a patient's needs. This is so rare in the world of healthcare. I love the one on one personal attention. Kudos!

It was the first time I'd done a telephone medical patient visit to review labs and plans in detail, and I found it helpful, since I would not have been able to come in for an appointment in Irvine for a few weeks. Dr Gersh was clear, interactive, personal, and answered all my questions. The only problem I had was that the RX we discussed had not been sent to my pharmacy yet the next day. Thanks to all of you.

Dr. Gersh is a wonderful, very experienced and caring dr. She takes the time to listen and to do what she can for her patients to make them feel better. I do wish the wait time was shorter though, other then that wonderful dr. and staff

Too long a wait time to see Dr. Happens every visit. Need to do better scheduling. I like that she spends a lot of time but need to account for that.

Just wanted to write a quick regarding Jessica, at the front desk. She always has a smile, shows genuine interest in the patients, and is very helpful! She's the best!!

I've been seeing Dr. Felice Gersh since 2013 and have always found her service to be excellent. The staff has had varying reviews in my opinion. I still find Maria to be forgetful and distracted. I will not let her draw my blood - I reported the reasons why at my very first visit! The front desk has gone through a transition, but now seems to be calm and working well. It is critical to have friendly voices, smiles and comments like: "Thank you for waiting. How can I help you..." Learning how to balance the phones, waiting patients and problems that arise is a very difficult skill. Also, you might consider the email you just sent. It really does not tell you what you are to "click" for a review. Some people (like me) would love more specific instructions. It took me a minute to figure out if I should click the words or look for another spot.

Thank you for all your help with my RA and weight problems. Ever since I've been coming to you my overall health has improved tremendously. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and loving, so office visits are a joy.
