Everyone who works there is very nice. They were helpful in finding what I was looking for. My eye doctor experience wasn’t 5 stars, maybe 3.5. I have a slight lazy eye and i explained that from the beginning, but after my eye test he made me feel like i was just lying and nothing was wrong when I’ve had glasses for the last 10 years. I had to explain it again that it was one eye, not both. Finally got somewhere but I’ve had better experiences elsewhere. But overall, the staff will be the reason we come back.

Been going there for years. I’m not sure the doctors name since I’m pretty much blind without my contacts in so off my game but it’s the same guy and he is awesome. My only complaint would be I pay for the visit and then pay again when I pick up my contacts. I’d rather pay those together. I understand why since a lot of people don’t have eye care on their insurance, and need to space it, but it would be nice if you were more up front about it. There presumably is an option to pay up front at check out though I’ve never heard it. Or asked, so that’s on me. That’s my only complaint. Staff and doc are great. I would and have recommended the place to friends

Product was expensive, but seems to be high quality. Only complaint is I brought frames in at 10 am, came back about 6 pm, but they weren't ready because the technician didn't see them. This meant another trip back later, which was annoying. The lady who fitted me was real nice and made sure the fit was correct before I left.
