Issaquah endodontic was referred by my Dentist for my root canal treatment, there was an urgency and Issaquah endodontic team understood the situation and accommodated me on the same day. Doctor Gable and his assistant was very friendly and did the treatment in the said time even though my wait time for doctor was more than an hour. Overall, it was a good experience for me considering some negative reviews in Google.

Well staff is very polite and friendly, but I paid to have to rotational X-rays one at the end of November with my current dentist and just had to do it again. My insurance wouldn’t pay for two so I paid $300.00 out of pocket just before Christmas. I wish they could have used the first X-rays they both the same.

Absolutely top notch care. I was greeted by such nice people that I relaxed right away knowing I was in a very high standard of quality place. I cannot stress enough to you how important that first contact is to me. Then, Ashley and Dr. Gabel were so kind and spoke to me about every stage of the procedure. Issaquah Endodontics provided prompt access for a consultative evaluation. The introduction was pleasant and welcoming. The subsequent examination, evaluation, and review of digital imagine was expeditious, direct, forthcoming and sensitive to my concerns. Thank you for your wisdom, prudence, and competence.

Everything was just fine except the end result. I was mentally prepared to have the root canal and that's saying something since the dentist is not my favorite place to be. By not having it I have to get prepared again. Other than that you all are great and I do have meds to take on my trip if the tooth flares up.

everything was just excellent I have one suggestion for the post-op suggestions since this happened twice to me I went to lunch immediately after each root canal ... the first time I started chewing on my anesthetized lip and it was pretty bad, this time I started biting on the anesthetized numb lip again and it swelled up so I quickly stopped so this time it only lasted 48 Hours instead of the three or four day problem last time. I think that a warning about eating after the surgery is appropriate since the lip area is anesthetized and therefore people may not know that it is being bitten ... something about taking in soft food and fluids would be good since it would be a lot safer and certainly no harm! I'm actually a physician so I think it is good general advice

As I said to Dr. Gabel and Alicia, I will never again fear a root canal (as long as they do it for me)! I’ve been fearful of needles and not having enough anesthetic since I was little. Dr Roberts, the after hours doc has been a huge help as we had to call her twice now in 3 days. She responds so quickly (within less than 5 mins of my voicemail) and she is pleasant to work with! She asks good questions and answers all of my questions thoroughly addressing my concerns and anxiety really well!

I truly appreciated how efficient and thorough Dr. Gabel was. Three X-Rays were taken throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly, and I didn’t experience much pain at all! He made me feel safe, and my dental work shows I made the right decision! Thank you Dr. Gabel!

Always a pleasure to be seen by Dr Gabel and his assistants. He is so personable and takes the time to explain his diagnosis and solutions. His staff is equally fabulous. It's nice to call the office and have a cheerful, polite and helpful person answer the phone. It had been about 30 years since I'd had a root canal and I didn't have fond memories of it...this time was all together different and I would go back to Dr. Gabel and Alicia tomorrow if I needed any work done!

The staff at Issaquah Endodontics and the on-call doctor responded immediately and called in an RX promptly on a Friday PM. They followed up by 0730 on Monday, and I was seen by 1:30 that day. Dr Gable does a fantastic block so I had no discomfort. The staff is friendly and conscientious. I feel lucky to have them for my care.

I was having difficulty finding the office. My GPS had me in the wrong direction so your staff kindly walked me through how to get to the office. This had me coming in pass appt time but everyone accommodated my delay and I was able to have my full appt. everyone made it for a pleasant experience.

First impression as you enter is front desk team very friendly fast and professional. Dr Gable was very attentive listened and explained clearly what my situation with a sensitive tooth was, he was not pushy and allowed me to take time , and see if my sensitive tooth would heal itself , and suggested to call him as soon as things feel worse. the assistant followed up to see if things are better, I wanted to give more time and I will definitely go back to Dr Gable for further treatment. Who would have thought a Root Canal would turn out to be such a great experience. Issaquah Endodontics got me in on short notice, the front office staff was considerate and efficient, and the procedure was relatively painless and was completed in one appointment.

I needed immediate treatment late on a Friday afternoon. I was received at the front counter courteously and efficiently and immediately assessed. There is nothing fun about a root canal but the professional care I received from both the assistant and Dr. made the experience as tolerable as it could be. All my questions before and during the procedure were answered.

Had two root canals done. 3hrs in the chair. The time flew by. Dr Robert's explain each step. Tristen was an excellent assistant.

Great staff and service, plus a follow up the next day! If you need a root canal it’s a bummer but these guys are great!

The whole procedure was wonderful! I did not even feel the 4 lidocaine shots and he was patient and kind the whole time. After it was over, my mouth was a tiny bit sore but I did not need to take any Advil. It’s now day two and my mouth is still pain-free !

From the moment I walked into the offices, everyone of my encounters was great. Everyone was very professional, courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything they would be doing during my visit. I was so comfortable and relaxed I ended up sleeping through most of treatment. That was a 1st!

Dr. Roberts and all the staff were great and very professional! I appreciated her talking through each step of the process. The one thing I was unhappy was Being given a temporary filling and having to go back to my dentist for a permanent filling. This seemed totally unnecessary and a waste of time, money and stress. I would have liked to know I had another option.

I was very pleased with the way things were handled. I was at ease at all times. The Dr. was very gentle, I have had four root canals over my lifetime and this one was carried off with virtually no pain. I like their chairside manner, as everything was carried off in a very relaxed atmosphere. The following day I had virtually no pain and never used any pain med whatsoever. CSP

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to fit me in on a Friday, which l really appreciated. Called the help line on Sunday. The person l spoke with, gave me instructions , which set my mind at ease, and would call Wednesday. Good Service!

From A medical point of view it was An excellent experience, and the staff was very professional. But it extremely expensive For a person like myself who is retired and is paying out of pocket. There is no sliding scale, no cash discount. Stay healthy if you can afford it.

That was the best root canal I've ever had! Ok, not that I'm coming there again on a Friday night with popcorn and a soda for movie night, but the whole process was efficient, professional and accommodating. Although this might sound odd, my visit to the Issaquah Endodontics clinic was probably the best I’ve had! And it was a root canal! Everybody were super nice, I didn’t feel a thing, it felt super quick, they’ve squizzed me in same day and I didn’t even need an ibuprofen afterwards! I later even went for a run. Can’t recommend this clinic enough.

I found Dr. Gruber and Issaquah Endodontics and they fit me in on Christmas Eve for a root canal and bite adjustment. I could not chew on either side and had been in pain for weeks and my dentist was unavailable. This appointment was my best present as it was finally over and I could eat properly. No pain, and it was the fastest root canal I’ve ever had, usually it takes several hours. They were understanding, kind and encouraging. Thank you Dr Gruber and staff.

Dr. Roberts and her team are extremely knowledgeable and professional I couldn’t have asked for any better care then they gave me. I had a root canal done last night and I’m very happy with how it went. They got a call from my dentist in the morning and did my route canal the same day practically pain-free.

It was all 1st class. I liked the Doc. Beautiful office & experience. If I have to do Another, I’ll be back. Good luck to his son to find the right school For him. Best... Jerry

The initial visit went well. The diagnosis was that a root canel repair could be performed. The appoint was scheduled that afternoon and was accomplished. The repair was accomplished and I left with no pain. Medicine was prescribed. Overall a great experience, very neat and clean office and treatment rooms. Friendly staff, doctor and assistant. Would definitely recommended.

At 75 I've been to many dentists, Doctor Roberts is without a doubt one of the best. Left the office feeling she is knowledgeable and thorough, left me with the impression she may even enjoy her work. Not a big talker, but did take the time when finished to explain procedure and what to expect. Was also impressed how well Doctor Roberts and her assistant worked together. I EXPECTED AN UNHAPPY PAINFULL EXPERIENCE HOWEVER I WAS SURPRISED THAT I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN AND THAT THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE IN A VERY SHORT TIME PERIOD. MOST LIKELY ABOUT 30 MINUTES.

Very friendly and helpful. Didn't just perform a procedure and make the money.Gave me info and possibilities of problems and let me decide without pressure. Great place. I recommend highly.

The office staff were very professional and friendly. Dr Bachman was very nice ... he studied my problem and checked the xrays and realized he couldn’t help me as I need a periodontic and not an endontic. He was also professional when he explained that he wasn’t able to help me.
