In the fall of 2018 I injured my left rotator cuff. With 8 (eight) 1 hour sessions + a home program my pain level was 0 and ROM 95%. Jeff Thoroughly explained how a healthy rotator cuff works vs. the injured rotator cuff I had. He is very friendly, informative and competent. I will schedule appointments again if I sustain another injury. Highly recommend!
