We were disappointed that the office was not following the social distancing recommendations. We would have rescheduled if we had know there were going to be 15+ people in one treatment area.

Great visit! We didn’t have to wait long. The hygienist was friendly. Dr. Fern was amazing, a usual. She’s always happy and upbeat. I know she’s busy rushing around seeing everyone, but she always answers my questions and makes sure my curiosity is satisfied.

For 2 kids and no issues (just a cleaning), we were there for 1.5 hours. It was very backed up when we arrived. However, staff remained courteous and friendly throughout. My kids enjoy coming to the dentist, and I'm so grateful for that!

Our Dental assistant was amazing! Very good with my young girls. Talked to them at their level and provided lots of positive feedback. I want to be educated on importance of xrays and the absolute necessity of them. I feel like each time we visit, every 6 months, xrays are encouraged by hygienists but then Dentist says not necessary more than 1x per year unless high risk. Minimal radiation is necessary for my 2 and 3yo girls. Also, I know it was end of day, but floor was dirty, trashes were over flowing and bathroom was a mess. Just seeing that makes me nervous my girls will be getting sick in a couple of days bc they were crawling and laying on chairs in waiting room. Overall good experience, just room for improvement in some areas.

My son always says they are the best dentist ever! They always think about the experience from the childs point of view and make going to the dentist fun and exciting. They are not a dentist that will perform unnecessary work to make a buck. Instead make all decisions based upon what is best for your childs teeth.

Brought my son to the office on an emergency after and accident at school. He had lost a front tooth in PE class and was bleeding and scared. Despite being busy with scheduled patients, my son was taken to an exam room immediately and seen by Dr. Casa. She and the entire staff calmed my son down and reinserted the tooth and took x-rays to make sure there was no more damage. Dr. Casa referred us to an endodontist for a possible root canal. The care we received was nothing short of amazing. The entire office staff was so caring. Thank you.

Just wanted to bring attention to doing x-rays twice a year. My insurance only covers one per year. The tech didn’t even ask me and was going to just do the x-rays that would have been mine to pay. Please ask or see when the last time the x-rays were done and consult about the charge.

I like the way that they let the children see the tools of their trade and how they kind of work so as to help reduce anxiety before any procedure is started. The ice cream at the end of the visit for the children is a nice treat and a way to keep them thinking positive thoughts about their visit.

We had to wait a bit for the dentist to visit before we could start the cleaning. My daughter (the one getting the cleaning) was fine with the wait because of the TVs, but my son was getting a bit antsy.

This was my daughters first trip to the dentist and I think we were both a little on edge. We walked in and they already had Moana on (her favorite movie). The lady brought us back and gently made her comfortable enough to take all the X-rays. Dr. Church was great he related so well to her and made it fun. The lady cleaned her teeth with no struggle and then gave her chocolate ice cream. She walked around bragging about how she went to the dentist all day. You all are phenomenal!

We love this office so much! Everyone is so friendly! There is so many things for the kiddos to do and the time moves along quickly! Our 7 year old loves it and our 3 year old even does amazing!! The ice cream after is a sweet perk!

The front desk workers did not provide great service. When we walked in the door all 4 workers put their head down and no one offered to help or check us in or welcome us. Turned me off right away. Also while waiting, one of the movies needed to just push play. I asked one of the front desk workers to do so and she rudely replied yah I’ll do it in a min. Then she started working on something else and never turned it on for us. Extremely disappointed with them. Actual cleaning went fine.

Apointment was running about 25-30 mins behind. Other than that, everything was good.

Overall the apt was great but the dentist knows my son has anxiety from past experiences and should (normally does) tell him before she does anything and what she is doing but this time didn’t while trying to do fluoride and he freaked out. The assistant did it after all my kids were done. Kudos to her for being patient with him.

Staff was incredibly helpful and worked well with both of my kids. However, we had to wait over 20 minutes for the dentist.

This was our first visit and I was nervous upon walking in about how the visit would go. This is because upon walking in, there were 4 girls sitting st the front desk. No one acknowledged me until I was standing at the desk for a couple seconds. When I was finally acknowledged she didnt even look up from her computer, never made eye contact and had a tone in her voice that made me feel like I was interrupting her. But the friendliness thankfully improved once taken back! The hygienist and dentist were friendly, smiling and did all they could to make my little one feel comfortable! I'm honestly torn on if we will return or not, but we have some time to think about it.

I thought the dentist and hygienist did a fantastic job. The hygienist was patient and worked well with the kids. I love our dentist. She is the best! I was disappointed with the receptionists. I thought the lady was very rude and unfriendly. She acted like she either hated her job or was having the worst day. I was also slightly upset when she just blurted out my insurance coverage to a lobby full of people. I like to keep all of my information confidential and when I mentioned this politely, she just glared at me.

Your hygienist was absolutely amazing! I don’t remember her name, but she went above and beyond to make both my 4 year old and 1 year old comfortable. She made sure she got the exact toothpaste flavor and rewards the kids wanted even though she had to hunt for them. She even got my very shy 4 year old to come out of her shell!

The assistant who cleaned my kids team was so nice that my younger kid went crying inside but came out with a big smile and felt more comfortable. Love the way they treat the patients. I would give more than 5 stars if there was any.

The staff at Jenkins and LeBlanc always work well with my son who has special needs, and he responds well to the staff. It is a rare find to have these both merge with a special needs child. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for his dental needs.

I was very happy to be able to get an appointment the same day I called in for my daughter's front teeth to be seen after a fall. The staff was very friendly and put her nerves at ease. My kids were a bit nervous going to a new dentist, but they seemed to enjoy our time at the Olathe office. For this visit, we did wait a very long time though (in the waiting area and in the dental chair for the dentist), which was ok since the kids needed time to acclimate, but it would have been frustrating if we weren't new to the practice. We took a last minute appointment, which maybe was part of the problem, but I'll be scheduling an earlier appointment for next time so we get in before any backup happens. Overall happy kids, so thanks!

My seven year old had his first cavity filled yesterday and everyone at the office was so kind and helpful. They explained everything to him and kept him calm. It didn't take long at all and he was very pleased with his experience.

We are always happy with our visit! Three kids under 7, and even the baby was not scared. They all left with (clean) happy smiles! :)

Dentist office is very nice and I like the TVs and games in the lobby. I didn't like the secretary smacking her gum while talking to me. It's very unprofessional and I'm surprised that this is allowed. The games to calm the kids is nice to bad half of them don't work. The assistants were ok but not what I would call friendly. Overall you guys get an A but it easily could have been a A+

This was my 4 year olds 3rd check up. On our last check up he refused to even open his mouth. Isbar (sp?) was terrific with him. She did excellent at showing him the tools first and explaining the process on his level. He was also proud of himself and bragged to everyone how well he did. This visit gave him the confidence he needs to want to come back. Thank you!

The staff, technicians and hygienists are always very kind, patient and great with kids (gentle) and parents (give explanations) alike. There is no fear when the kids go to this dentist, especially when they know they get a coin for the various prize machines and a ice cream or popcycle when the cleaning is over.

My daughter actually enjoyed herself- she got to watch her favorite Disney movies and got ice cream, a balloon, and other prizes- she can’t wait to go back!

Our hygienist was fantastic, but the girl who made the follow up appt on the way out was borderline rude, and at the very least totally apathetic about her job. Perhaps it was a bad day, but it was an unfortunate end to a great visit otherwise. Dr. Rhodes was amazing, too.

The assistant Andrea was WONDERFUL!! She kept my daughter calm through the process. She kept her engaged in conversation and just was a pleasure to have in the room during the procedure. We would like to request her for my other kids appointments also. You could tell she genuinely loves her job and loves the kids that she works with. The doctor was great. She explained what she would be doing and I really appreciated that she made sure that my child was comfortable while she was working on her teeth. She even instructed us on how to care for my child after the procedure and made sure we have the office number in case we needed it. All around it was a WONDERFUL visit.

Very timely, communicate everything about conditions of teeth. Very good about explaining to the child what they are doing any why brushing, flossing are so important. Very good experience, every time!

Absolutely love this practice. My daughter is autistic and has ADHD, so finding a dentist that is patient yet enthusiastic is very important. We have found it here. On our last visit they all worked so well with my daughter and had us in and out. My son also absolutely loves it here, and he has only been one time! I highly recommend this practice.

We’ve always had a great experience with these offices. However, it was our first visit to the Olathe location and the furniture in the waiting room and patient rooms including the dental chair were dirty and broken. I understand it is a children’s office and they experience more wear and tear but I was a little shocked at the lack of care and quality at this location!

Gentle tooth extraction for my daughter. Made sure she was comfortable during the entire process!

Our first visit was astounding. My sister referred me. She told me all about her visit and I thought it sounded too good to be true. When my son started complaining of tooth pain, we scheduled an appointment and I am so glad we did. They are so nice and tentive to their patients. They make the children feel so comfortable. This place smells amazing too. There aren’t scary sounds, kids crying, or boring waiting rooms. Everything is bright and clean. The staff are kind and caring. They give balloons to children who are fussy. They have bottled water in a fridge in the waiting room for ease of access. The bathroom is large and complete with a changing table. They hve family rooms so you can schedule all your kids at once and in the same area. The nurse who took my son to his X-rays was so nice and funny. She took away all nerves my son had. He is so eager to go back!! This place has it all. My only complaint is that it wasn’t around when I was a child needing a dentist!! You will not regret your visit!

My son came in because he had two front teeth that were loose for over two months and would not fall out on their own. They were starting to become painful and bothersome. Dr Roberts was very gentle and patient with him and ended up numbing him up and pulling them out. She did not have to do the treatment same day but she worked us into her schedule that day so we could get it taken care of. We really appreciated it and had a great experience!

We love your office. Everyone is very nice. (We were running late but shouldn't effect this service) my younger son was very scared and was supposed to get fillings. The techs were sweet and tried to coax him into following directions. More people came in to assist. but ultimately after gas and shots he still didn't get the fillings. The office is so busy and so fast paced I feel like maybe it would have gone better if the dds could have been in the room longer with him. After a few minutes with each new person he calmed down. But with enter and try to drill and nope he won't cooperate all in 2 min. I was disappointed after all of that he had nothing done. I completely understand we don't want to traumatize him. But maybe a few minutes talking to him and showing him the tools by the dds would have eased his mind enough to relax. Less appointments and slower pace atmosphere would be great for three kids. My other kid was perfect and no drama. They are all so different. Thnx for the consideration. I hope next time will go better. Maybe I should ask for the least busy time of day for him...

Everyone was very nice and professional. Had some extra wait time was my only issue, but everything else was great.

I thought they did really well with everything! My son only cried once and that was with the x-ray machine. He loved being there and wants to go back. Keeps asking to go to the dentist or to brush his teeth.

All of the interactions with staff were extremely positive! Both the hygienist, Kelsey, and Dr. K were wonderful with my daughter, explaining what they were doing in a language she could understand, while also making it fun! The only constructive feedback I can provide is regarding the wait time. We did not wait long in the waiting room, but waited for 35 minutes to be seen by the dentist, after the initial cleaning, flossing, X-rays etc. She did relatively well waiting that long, but that may not be the case every time or with every kid. The staff was apologetic, but I’m just wondering if there’s a scheduling or staffing change that needs to be made since this also happened at our first visit six months ago. Again, the staff and overall experience was very positive, but I wanted to share my entire experience in case changes can be made to help all families have a positive experience!

I appreciated the practical approach to dentistry for kids. Not every cavity on a baby tooth needs to be filled right away. I wish I had taken my kids here sooner! We could have saved ourselves time, money, and pain from overly aggressive dental care. The treats at the end—balloons and ice cream—are also nice!

We rescheduled the appointment 3 weeks ago but they never saved it so we were not on the schedule for a teeth cleaning..thankfully they were able to work us in and still had his appointment done!

Not impressed with cleaning Should be hygienist doing full cleaning Compared to my annual cleanings Alexis cleaning didn't seem to be as thorough. Alexis appointment was at 8am and we didn't leave until slightly after 9. This is very long for a cleaning! We should be in and out in 45 minutes especially the first appointment of the day. The dentist was great when we saw her , we just had to wait too long for her to check Alexis

Jessica, the dental hygienist, was very interactive and kept my busy toddler engaged during our visit. She made my daughter's first dental experience a positive memory, which I know will help for future visits! If I could offer any suggestion, it would have been helpful to have toys or books in the waiting room to keep the small children occupied.
