There really is something special about the woman’s touch. The woman’s touch radiates throughout the building and it is very special. Dr. Diez has been our family dentist for years and she has been very family and very professional. Her help has come and gone but she continues to select the same nurturing, nourishing, compassionate and sensitive help. Dr. Jolene is awesome. She really cares about your teeth and mouth. I had been searching for a new dentist, when I found her. I've recommended her to my friends.

I had cracked and broken off a piece of my tooth crown, which was jagged and sharp. On very short notice Dr. Diez made a spot for me to come in to the office despite being busy that day. She fixed the jagged edges and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. However, I had the crown placed at my current dentist almost two years ago so another would be out of pocket expense, unless my current dentist takes pity on me (which she will). However it's nice to know that Dr. Diez offers a warranty on her work, which I would have benefited from if she had done the original crown placement. Now that I have moved further away from my current dentist, the switch to Dr. Diez will be easy. The staff is also great in getting the broken crown pics to my current dentist. well deserved 5 stars. Dr Diez exemplifies the highest level of customer care in the industry. I recently had a dental non-emergency due to a crown falling off (not installed by Dr D). It was a holiday weekend, but she arranged for me to come in anyway and got me put back together. It’s not the first time I’ve had an issue at the wrong time, and, she always is willing to go out of her way to get me taken care of. I’ll never switch to another dentist!
