Hi, I have been coming to your office for many years and enjoy the staff and their professionalism. The one thing that sticks out whenever I come to the desk are the files laying on the floor, which looked sloppy, trip hazard, bad for ones back, and ergonomics. Multilple times I have offered to buy a narrow bookcase. I can't see how Doctor Kim would approve this look and working in the floor like this, looks bad and bad for everyone. Who wants to bend down like that when can put in a nice eye-level bookcase. Thanks Paul Langevin 408 482 8752. Staff will love the new look!
