No waiting, no nonsense, fast and virtually painless, polite friendly support staff. I can't remember the name of the dentist, but she was very good at her job. I have been a patient of Jordan Dental for some time and have always been very happy with the service provided.

I am always welcomed by Dominica and there is always chapstick for me. Heather is the kindest, gentle teeth cleaner and non-judgmental. She shares great ideas that are simple and effective to become healthy habits. Dr. Thelemann is also non-judgmental and reassures me I’ll be ok. It’s stressful for me before I go, after I leave I sit in the car a moment and thank God for their care of me.

It was fine. My teeth hurt for a couple days but it was fine. Don't know why they always find expensive things to fix though. Probably the reason most people don't go.

Dr Thelemann and her staff are professionals making sure that my dental needs are taken care of I highly recommend them.

Very pleasant hygienist. The dentist was unavailable so I never saw her. I hope I won’t be charged for her time. Would have been nice to get a phone call ahead letting me know she wouldn’t be there. I may have rescheduled.

My hygentist was very friendly and efficient. The older gentleman dentist (I've never met before) that examined me banged the mirror and tools a bit roughly in my mouth while checking my teeth.

All our family members go to Jordan Dental Care and everyone is very friendly and does a great job. The only thing I wish could change is appointment times and availability, she books up fast for later in the day time slots and no evening hours or weekends, just makes it harder to get off work to get to appointment. And if I have to cancel an appointment I made 6 months in advance I can’t get in for about 2/3 months. This Is inconvenient but we really like supporting our local businesses and they are truly worth waiting for, so therefore we make appointment times work
