It was my first visit to Juanita Bay Dentist and I couldn't have been more pleased. The team was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The hygienist, Michelle did an excellent and thorough cleaning (much better than I have had at other dental offices). She also was very sensitive to my comfort and often asked if anything was bothering me. No part of the cleaning was the least bit uncomfortable. The dentist also did a complete exam and clearly explained what areas might need work in the distant future without trying to sell me on any immediate work. I look forward to my next visit and appreciate their professionalism.

There was no complaint about the dentist. but the helper I thought was scraping my teeth way to hard. I felt sick after wards.

It was nice to see Dr. M feeling good and up tempo and the Moua team, Stephanie and Erin were great. Tammy is always missed. :)

Very gentle teeth cleaning great experience plus I learned something new about dental hygiene. Right handed people tend to neglect the left side of their teeth more!

My experience with Dr. Moua and Sarah (Dental tech) was great. He explained to me what he was doing and why , which I appreciated. The only reason why I rated it a 4 stars was that I had to wait quite a while to get in to be seen. They were very apologetic and stated that there had been an emergency which took longer than they thought.

I was happy to finally fine a Dentist who care about his clients. I felt well cared for the moment I walked in. Everyone was so nice. A Dentist who cate about a person and there bugget. So happy my daughter referred us. Even the lady who did my cleaning was wonderful!!

As always my experience exceeded my expectations which says a lot because going to the dentist hasn’t always been my favorite! First time having the ultrasound cleaning. I enjoyed the results: less stains remained and it was quicker and painless. Front office staff is always a pleasure and Dr. Moua is very nice and always respectful.
