Dr is great. Kim is great. But there was a huge disconnect between what was discussed in the chair verses what the front desk wanted to schedule and charge me for future treatment.

1.Kim’s cleaning etc was good 2.The filling procedure was good..really didn’t like the first bite guard.. will need to polish the teeth more next time I come in .. still feel excess material on outside of tooth 3.please ensure you all remind me what I’m coming in for as had not realized I had another appointment after the cleaning appointment..I must have forgotten but was not noted on my reminder notice..would pay you to remind people what they are going to have done 4. Still waiting for a quote on the bill for my next appointment in November so I can organize advanced payment to receive the discount

I love your office, my entire life xperience was so excellent I made a third appointment. Your up to date technology and procedures dispelled all dental anxiety and dread. Katie at the front desk is the perfect voice and personality for welcoming patients both on the phone and in person. Tara is quite affable and charming, (although I do suggest a more gentle touch with the suction equipment); Dr Stringe is so kind and considerate in her manner and equally effective in the way she performs her care. For the first time in my life I can look forward to taking care of my teeth. Thank you.

The office was very accommodating and fit me in on short notice to take car of me!

Dr. Springe is without doubt the most compassionate and knowledgeable dentist in practice. She knows that I am terrified of visits to the dentist so she patiently explains exactly what needs to be done and why. She has scheduled at least one of my visits for multiple crown placements on a Saturday to give herself plenty of time to get the needed work done. Quite frankly, I can't think of another medical or dental professional whom I would trust more than her. I feel humbled and honored to be her patient.
