Staff was extremely friendly....had a wonderful experience

They did a very good job.

the Dentist gave Joshua superior treatment by offering to try & save the tooth (no guarantee) and fill the cavity in the other front tooth which the other Dentist would NOT do, she also complimented Joshua every few minutes on what a wonderful boy he was & how well he was doing. She even rubbed his head in a comforting way and he never moved until they told him. This kind of treatment lessens the Trama of dental work & I so appreciated it. Thank you.

Kids smile in Yuba city is a great place to take your kids, they go out of the way to make kids feel comfortable. The Dentists, staff, and receptionist are very informative very professional and very accommodating.

I'm 13 had to have a back tooth removed so the permanent one could come up. Didn't hurt at all.

Excellent place to take your kids to the dentist. They explained each step before they actually do that step. They make the kids feel comfortable .The have excellent customer service in the front office and in back as well.

This trip was exceptional! As always the back of the house staff including the orthodontist and a hygienist were outstanding. Your office did not appear over booked this time and we did not have a lengthy wait as we normally do. It may have just been a good day but I did appreciate that fact. My only change would be that in the future for this to continue to happen. Appointment should happen within a few minutes of arrival time not an hour or so later.

Customer care was truly excellent. Although the waiting room kept me a while and that wasn't mistakable. The staff was nice and understanding they knew how to break certain material down for me to fully understand. I love my braces plan although I feel like I could be seen more often for I run out of bands quickly and my father works so it's hard for me to be mobile for my reup. Sincerely, Kenzie Aujla

My 6 yr old was very nervous. The assistant stayed with her and calmed her. The way she spoke to my daughter was amazing. The dentist was also very patient. My daughter says next time she goes to the dentist she won't be scared and it won't be too hard for her. Thank you .

The dentist and her assistants were very accomodating to my child and her anxiety of getting a tooth pulled. They reassured her everything was going to be ok, held her hand when needed and were patient with her. After the appointment was done, my daughter was happy as if nothing even happened.

My daughter is extremely afraid of the dentist due to past visits and testaments she's had to have. This was a tough visit but I was grateful that the dentist and her assistant were willing to do what needed to be done to check and clean my daughters teeth. I appreciate their patience and assistance.

Dr. Thompsons's new office is in a wonderful new location across the street from Kids Smile Dental. He is a kind and gentle dentist that I trust to take good care of my 5 year old. The staff is professional & kind at the front, and Miranda the hygienist is an absolute professional and works magic with apprehensive little ones nervous about dental procedures. I highly recommended Dr. Thompson and his staff.

Excellent child services. My 1 1/2 yr old son felt like a big helper as he was allowed to help the assistant brush his teeth and use the suction utensil. I am very pleased with our visits each time. Staffing was awesome.

I called this morning to reschedule an appointment for a cavity fill we had to cancel yesterday due to no transportation. Got an appointment right away, but when we were taken back to x-ray, the scheduler had scheduled us for a regular appointment. I had to take time off of work and pull my son out of preschool for the appointment. I understand mistakes happen, so I a little put out but not angry or anything like that. As a former appointment scheduler myself, I would suggest that your schedulers double and tripple-check with callers to verify what the appointment is for before finalizing the visit.
