Great experience always get good service love my visit

My experience on Wednesday the 15th was a good. The only question I really have since I didn't see my regular dentist, was that I was given two prescriptions. When was 600 mg of ibuprofen which I have high blood pressure. But the pharmacist said I can take it just so I don't take it long-term. I just want to let the office know and I thought I did that I have high blood pressure but it's control and high blood pressure. The other question is then I got amoxicillin for pulling my tooth which I think it's a great idea but when I had tooth pulled before in the office I never got that prescription. I will reach out to the dental office and ask the same questions and make sure my health chart is updated during my next Dental visit which is February 19th 2020

My experience was really great overall. Friendly, informative staff and an easy check-in process. I identify as trans/genderqueer and would have liked to have had more gender options on the intake form as well as a place to include my pronouns (they/them). Please consider making these changes so your gender non-conforming clients can feel safe.

Called in the morning with an urgency (had broken tooth the night before), and they got me in that afternoon - the staff was so great, from the front desk to the dentist.. they did everything they could to make my experience great, and the dental work is perfect! When I arrived for my appointment I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. This is always my experience when I go to Kingsfield but each time I am always pleasantly surprised. I was there for my 6-month cleaning and exam. The dental hygienist did a thorough job in cleaning my teeth, without being heavy-handed and causing a lot of unnecessary pain. I really appreciated the tips the dental hygienist gave me on how to maintain daily dental hygiene. The dental exam was short and painless (always a plus) which I appreciated. Everyone from the office staff, dentist, and dental hygienist made me feel taken care of and provided excellent customer care and superior dental service. Thanks so much and see you in 6-months!

Wonderful "family-style" practice. The entire staff makes an effort to welcome you, get to know you, and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Current technology and care coupled with the "homely" feel of your parents' childhood doctors/dentist office. Highly recommend!
