Once called back the time it took to be finished and out was quick. However, the wait time waiting to be called back was an hour long. Too long of a wait to have been scheduled.

Friendly staff, gets you in and out. The billing side of things needs better communication with clients. Doesn't explain thoroughly what insurance covers and doesn't cover until it's too late and the work has been done. I wouldn't mention it but it's happened multiple times with my family and I. Besides billing overall great experience (for a dentist visit)

I think the dentist should be the one to actually talk to the parents about procedures their kids need instead of the hygienist doing it. That way the parents are fully informed and able to ask any and all questions they may have.

The office was clean and quiet, the staff kind, respectful, and helpful. 4 of my kids had their appointments at once and were well taken care of. We were so thankful!
