Teresa Hall DD, L.Ac following her interest in Psychology received a B.S. from San Diego State University. Prior to pursuing her studies, she encountered a near death experience from carbon monoxide poisoning. A faulty heater in her apartment hospitalized Teresa and her roommate.
While in a coma and recovering, Teresa spiritually received information that her role in this lifetime is to be a healer. She decided to pursue that path, graduating from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (M.S.O.M.) As part of her studies, Teresa spent time training and interning at the Hubei Teaching hospital, in Wuhan, China.
Deciding to pursue her belief in ancient Oriental medicine and Spiritual paths, Teresa established her practice at Kwan Yin Holistic Center incorporating all of her healing modalities and techniques.
Teresa’s credentials include being a Certified Orthopedic Acupuncturist and a trained Reiki Master. She continues to evolve in her role as a healer, and often combines her formal training with her innate abilities as a Medium, Intuitive and Spiritual Counselor, moving Energies that affect spiritual, emotional and physical conditions.
She is licensed to practice acupuncture in both California (L.Ac.) and Arizona, and is currently a Diplomat of the National Board of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology (N.C.C.A.O.M.). Teresa is a Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) and holds the title, “Expert Test Writer” for the California State Board of Acupuncture Examiners, routinely collaborating on the content of the State Board Examinations.
Teresa is a Doctor of Divinity and a Reiki Practitioner and Master with many years of holistic healing experience. She also trains Reiki practitioners by conducting Reiki Attunements. Teresa was trained in Usui Reiki by Reiki Master, Astarius Reiki-Om. Teresa went on to develop the Energy Awareness Series (EAS).
Teresa maintains a busy private practice in South Park treating all pains and conditions with a great LOVE for fertility and women’s health! She also practices at Bay Recovery Center treating multiple, severe pain syndromes and physiological addiction to pain medications.
Teresa’s goal is to help as many people as possible achieve and sustain wellness and happiness! In her free time Teresa likes to practice Qi Gong, meditate, create art, and spend time with her cat Merlin, her dog Buddha, and Bert the Bird!
