Went in for cleaning & was taken care of by Sonny. He's gentle & throughout and told me where I needed to improve. And May was efficient as ever & scheduled me for next appointment. I was extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

My experience at Laguna Village Dental was excellent as usual. First May at reception thoroughly explained our miscommunication regarding canceling and rescheduling my appointment. She was personable and friendly despite not feeling 100%. Thank you May! Next Sami was his warm and professional self, performing my cleaning and explaining every step of the way what observed in regards to my dental hygiene. And finally Dr Shad entered to tell me that everything looked pretty good and to keep up the brushing/flossing regimen. He is the most charming dentist ever. Dr. Shad and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Shad is an amazing dentist. He is great with calming my anxiety and very attentive to ensure that i am comfortable. The dentist hygienist are also great. I have sensitive teeth, low tolerance for pain and my cleaning are always a breeze. I definitely recommend Laguna Village Dental.

Dr. Shad and his staff are amazing! Ive been a patient for almost 10 years and have always enjoyed their humor mixed with professionalism. Dr. Shad is a perfectionist, something anyone would appreciate in a doctor. I trust him 100% with my teeth; he takes care of them like they are his own! :)

Had my second consultation at this office. My last one was four years ago! Didn’t have the funds to get the procedure done back then but have been wanting to get Invisalign ever since. Went back yesterday and was so impressed with the dentists knowledge and friendly demeanor that I knew right then and there I was in good hands and this was the place I wanted to go with. It’s a good amount of money for the procedure and so of course you want to be in hands that actually care and I truly feel this office does. They were able to fit me in right then to get my molds done and sent in, and in a month I should have my first set and My journey will begin. Laguna Village Dental made the whole process extremely easy, comfortable, and smooth. They patiently answered all of my questions and are up to date on all the latest advances with this procedure which is very impressive. Definitely at this point I would recommend them if your looking for someone to truly be precise and care for your individual needs!

The only reason I was there because of Sunny. There is a person I don’t like the way of I was treated. We are all human should be respected the same way. Everyone deserves a second chance. So I will see. My money is good at other places of dental.

Let start with the front office staff Miy. She was pleasant. She is very people friendly. The hygienist I seen Sunny was very friendly and easy going. He was very gentle. Dr. Shad is very cautious about your teeth. Very gentle and kind. He does great work. He works great with the staff and patient's.

Tina is GONE! I was very happy to hear that because I was considering changing providers but I like the dentist so I kept coming back. The new front desk lady is very friendly, polite and understanding. FYI forget about the bad reviews please, most of them was because of Tina who no longer works there. Yay
