I was referred to Dr. Lam on an urgent but not emergency basis. His office staff was fantastic, squeezing me in for a same day appointment. We consulted and I expressed to Dr. Lam the amount of pain I was in. He adjusted his schedule, took care of my problem and did it all with a smile. Customer service at this office is A+++!!!

Dr. Faridi, Christina and the entire staff were incredibly helpful in taking care of my minor surgery. I had a last minute request to get a cyst removed and they brought me right in, no questions asked. Dr. Faridi was very thorough in explaining what I had and what the procedure was going to be like. During the procedure he was extremely cognizant of whether or not I was feeling pain, and he flawlessly removed everything that needed to take a hike. They even took pictures for me so I could gross out some family members in a text chain. I especially appreciate the follow up call from the doctor later that evening to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this office!

My dentist referred me to Dr. Faridi to have a tooth pulled. I was afraid and very reluctant, but did make an appointment. When I saw Dr. Faridi for a consultation I liked him immediately, probably because of his beautiful smile, and because he took his time explaining the process to me and reassuring me. The procedure was painless, I had no swelling or bruising, and very little pain. Dr. Faridi prescribed a relaxant to take before the procedure and pain medication for later. I was completely relaxed during the procedure and took the pain med one time only. His staff people are gracious and professional.

I visited Dr. Faridi for a consultation. The offices were very clean. The office personnel were very friendly. Dr. Faridi was very pleasant and took ample time to go over my concerns. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I would recommend his services to my friends.

Dr. Lam was very friendly and polite. We did wait more than expected once he injected the gums for my father’s extraction and by the time he was able to come back to my dad’s chair he could already feel most of his area already. The extraction was very quick but I guess the tools were still expensive for the extraction. I thought the cost would decrease when he got it done in what it seemed no more than 2 minutes. Overall the visit was pleasant and my father felt comfortable with everyone there.

Visiting Dr. Lam and Dr. Faridi’s San Marino office was a pleasant experience. The front office and technicians are top quality, and are an example of what an office should be. Dr. Lam himself was very helpful during and after the procedure by answering all of my concerns, giving me clear post-care instructions, and checking up on me to evaluate my recovery progress. Highly recommended.

It would be a good thing to remind patients to bring their list of medicines - most of us don't think of these matters with a dentist - so we can be prepared to provide the info and it can be accurate. In addition, an estimate of how long the appointment might last. I had the time, but had not thought it would take 1 hour for what I thought was a "quick check". I've been to Dr. Lam twice over the past 2-3 years for an implant and wisdom tooth extraction. Both times were pleasant experiences. He and his staff are ver organized, professional and easy to deal with. I hope I need no further work of this type but if I do I'll be glad to visit dr Lam again!
