The appointment was on-time and the paperwork was appropriate as I just had to sign and update changes instead of starting from scratch (thank you!). I did ask for a policy copy that was not received (I forgot about it too!). The hygienists were pretty engaged in a personal conversation with each other (regarding handbags and disciplining one of their small children) which made me just a bit nervous they were not paying as close attention to my childrens' teeth, but hopefully that was not the case. Dr. Lantzy is wonderful. He is very clear providing information on the status of your children's teeth and any next steps or opportunities.

I highly recommend Dr. Lantzy and his staff! They make my girls and I feel very comfortable under their care. We never feel rushed or have long wait times. Dr. Lantzy is very knowledgeable and has top-notch follow up care. I won't take my girls to any other dentist.

Our first appointment was a great experience. Dr. Lantzy was very patient with my 16 month old during her first exam and cleaning and was very informative about how we can care for her baby teeth in the best way possible.

Very friendly staff

My son fell and hit his mouth on some playground equipment one evening after the office had closed for the day. I called the number they listed for emergencies. Dr. Lantzy called me back within minutes of leaving a voicemail. After talking on the phone for several minutes we decided he could wait until the next day to be seen. The next day we went in and did an x-ray of the area my son hit. Dr. Lantzy evaluated the imaging and thoroughly examined his mouth. My boys and I have always loved coming to this office due to the stress free environment but after the care we received during an emergency situation I am even more appreciative of this facility. I drive past at least 3 other pediatric dentists to take my boys to Dr. Lantzy and will continue to do so!

Experience is great everything we come!!

This is the only dentist office we've been to for our child since she was a toddler. We even continue going here after moving several towns away. It's always been such a great experience. However, the latest experience was subpar. We arrived early, yet had an extensive wait. We were seen thirty minutes after our scheduled appointment time. And once we were complete, the front staff did not seem to have their heads on straight. My credit card was run for a supposed co-pay. When I questioned the insurance information that was on file, it turned out that it was outdated insurance and the front staff already billed services to the incorrect insurance company. Also, all services were covered at 100% under our correct insurance, but my credit card was already processed for $25. I left the office very frustrated.

The hygentist that worked with the boys was the best that has EVER worked with the boys! She has a true gift for working with children and it's easy to tell that she loves what she does. She needs to teach your younger hygentists how to be more patient and understanding with your little patients!
