I got the help that I needed to pick the right glasses for me. I was greeted as soon as I walked in.The wait was comfortable and quick. The eye doctor was able to accurately prescribe the proper lenses based off the results of the eye exam. He made the time to answer some of my questions and made a recommendation based on my daily usage of my glasses. I was able to pick the frame and customize my lenses based off of the doctor's recommendation in addition to the help of the nurse. She helped me find the style of the frame I was looking for and she answered all the questions that assisted me in choosing the additional features that are practical for my daily use of glasses. The staff here was great and I felt welcomed in my visit. I look forward to getting my new glasses and returning here to update my prescription.

Everything was excellent. Most of exam is computerized. Only problem is that I need to leave my glasses for a week so they can make new lenses. That means i either am "blind" for a week or have to get new frames.

I had a appointment at Total Eye today.I was stuck in traffic call the office to let them know I was running late,the young lady who answered the phone was really kind and rescheduled for 15minutes later. When I got there everyone was very kind and helpful As for the eye dr. He was kind and explained about the changes in my eyes. Recommend eye drop for my allergies. They also had a nice selection of beautiful eye glasses to choose from. As far as price alittle expensive but it's because my insurance sucks. I always recommend Total Eye. I have been a patient of Dr Watkins at Laveen Eyecare since 2015 and have never had a less than excellent experience. Dr Watkins always takes the time to explain what and why he is doing everything. He is patient, professional and pleasant. The ladies at the front desk are very professional as well and are very easy to work with. I am very sorry that they do not accept my new insurance however I will do my best to continue my future eye care at Laveen Eyecare.

Staff was very nice and courteous. Dr. Watkins was Awesome, he took time to explain the results of the images of the back of my eyes. He also informed me of possible issues that I could have if I don't keep an eye on my health. He gave accommodations and encouragement for my present state of health. What more could a patient ask for? I'm well pleased with the eye exam that I experienced today.
