Attentive, friendly staff at front desk. Dr. Hannigan was, as always, punctual, informative and friendly. On the other hand, The optician's tatoos look creepy and out ofj step with the rest of the team. - Their display is inappropriate for a position that deals directly with the public.

Appointment was very good always a good staff and Dr is always helpful with any questions. Ordering glasses was easy and fast as well.

Well. They found out that my previous doctor had my prescription wrong. Completely misdiagnosed my issue and my astigmatism. Still waiting on my glasses to arrive but look forward (pun intended) to seeing more clearly.

Dr was great, very explanatory. Staff was great on that day. However, when I called in this morning to ask about delivery status of my contact lenses, 10/18/18 @ 9:35 am, the lady who answered was friendly at first, but basically was just trying to get me off the phone. She did not provide any helpfulness and she hung up on me before Call was over. Where I work, we fire staff that is not helpful to customers, much less hang up on them. Due to this rudeness, I will not do further business here.

I've been seeing Dr. Hannigan for years, and he has always been great to me. However, when I expressed to him that I was wanting to be an optometrist, he agreed to meet with me to talk about the process, and he just went above and beyond. He told me about his experience and advised me on who I could contact and what I could do. He offered to let me shadow him to gain more knowledge and experience on what he does. I highly recommend him, not only because he is very knowledgeable and informed on what he does, but because he truly cares about his patients as well. Not only is Dr. Hannigan great, but the staff is awesome as well. They are so sweet and always greet you with warm welcomings and smiles. They are excellent about contacting you and working with your schedule. I don't live in Liberty Hill anymore, but I make the trip to come back to Liberty Hill Eye Associates for my check ups and appointments.

Looking back, I think the fitting fee was overboard. I've had the same prescription for contacts for quite a few years. would there be a chance that for next year I don't have fitting fee and just reorder contacts so I can avoid that charge? Also, can I get my son's goggles or even sunglasses for baseball thru VSP even though they don't need prescription? thx, ggg
