My appointment at Polak Imaging Center went very smoothly. Shortly after my check in, I was called by technician on time, I was able to leave this facility from check in time to getting all the services in 30 minutes. All the staff were very courteous & friendly. I highly recommend this imaging center. Totally satisfied!

The visit didn’t start off well since I wasn’t notified ahead of time that my 8:30 appointment was rescheduled to 9, but the staff was very responsive to the oversight and I left feeling much better, which I would define as excellent customer service.

A health concern: There were no covers on the handles of the overhead light. So during an exam when the light is adjusted blood on the hygienists glove could be transferred from patient to patient.

Things went very well. The only issue was I received a text asking me to confirm my 9am appointment which I did. Then, 2 days later I received another text asking to confirm my 945am appointment. I confirmed without noticing the time difference until the day if the appointment. I tried calling the office to check at 8am the day of the appointment but the office was closed. I came in at 855an and was taken in around 9am so there were no problems.

Experience was what i consider ‘normal’. When making appointment i requested to get started right after the exam. Exam day, they did start, seemed prepared, both Dentist and Assistant seemed well focused and into the projects. Got crowns ordered, the temporary crown fits, feels and looks like my teeth, went smooth, stoked!

Great cleaning by Nancy. Very gentle X-rays by lovely San Salvador beauty. Only issue is the left corner of my mouth is torn from too large of mouthpiece used during bleaching. Very red, sore and ripped right at the corner. No other issues on mouth or on teeth or gums. Suggest a slightly smaller Unit to hold mouth open for those of us with smaller mouths.

From the moment I entered Lomita Torrance Dental Office I felt welcomed. The reception staff was very pleasant. When I was taken to to dental area I learned that staff was just as pleasant, from the X-ray tech to the dentist. I must admit, I initially went to that dental office because of a hygienist name Nancy. Nancy cleaned my teeth in the past and I knew if she cleaned my teeth they would be cleaned with great excellence. Thank you Lomita Torrance Dental Office, I left there feeling very pleased.

Nancy was very helpful in finding ways to increase my comfort during my cleaning. Claudia explained things so I understand what is and is not charged and what is optional to do when I see the hygienist.

I appreciated Dr Fong repairing my tooth so quickly. I am impressed with the high tech equipment in the office. I like seeing the X-rays on the big screen as Dr Fong explained the situation. Also The office staff and dental assts are always friendly and professional. Great dental facility!!

It's been a VERY long time since I've been at Lomita Dental. Dr Analisa & assistant Morena have been so wonderful to work with. I was very nervous with replacing my silver filling with the porcelain overlay. They both kept me calm & the procedure was great. I've always wanted to get my teeth whitened. During my latest visit, I went for it. I'm so pleased with Morena's work. She's so awesome. The staff at Lomita Dental are very professional & always help patients making decisions as it relates to the patient's oral care!
