I made made my appmt last week for appliance repair which should be Oct 30. When I got there the lady in the reception desk said their lab is not ready for doing repairs. I said they should have let me known when i made my appmt. She was so sorry and said pls call us back next week and see if the lab will all be set up. This morning someone called me from the office and said everything is ok now so they set me up for next week Nov 6. So I guess Manders dental clinic cares about their clients. Excellent customer service.-:)

The office was different than that from 2015 in a pleasant way, I have already recommended to serveral people that I know including one that had a bad experience there before, but after letting her know some of the changes, she says she will try again, because she does like the idea of the lab beginning right there.

I had the worst tooth ache ever, and had been calling around for a Denist office that could take me today and finally I was referred to Manders Dental. The assistant asked if I could come now. I couldn’t get there fast enough! When I got there I thought I would be waiting long because there were others waiting. I waited about 15 min before being called back and was out of there within an hour! I call that “Excellent “ service! And the staff was Amazing! I will definitely go back and refer family and friends to Manders Dental Center!

This group were lifesavers. I broke my upper denture from another dentist. My dentist said it would be a 5 day turnaround for a repair. Manders turned it around in 2 hours and took the time to make sure it fit perfectly. Very pleasant, compassionate staff/receptionist. They are lucky to have the receptionist!!!
