To the Staff and Dr. Mark McCall my experience was a great blessing for me, I must first explain this was a total unscheduled stop and a surprise to me. After landing from Alabama to Waco, Texas for a Baylor MDIV graduation; front crown fell into my lap. My Daughter recommended Smiles dentist office to me with a highly impressive rating of 5 Stars from others. Once we arrived was treated very kind like though if we had a scheduled appointment. They took me right on in and started working in my favor, after it was all over I told the Dr. thank you very much and that he was an angel. All is well again! I was able to take pictures without looking snaggletooth in the very front of my mouth. An apple a day may not keep the doctor away. Thank you again, goes to Dr. Mark McCall & Staff

I made a mistake and let you cut off too much of the upper flipper tooth and now it’s too loose in my mouth and I don’t know what to do

The cleaning was great as always, and the entire staff is super friendly. Seriously, they make you feel at home. Now, on a whim I decided to try to Glow whitening process and I honestly have mixed feelings about it. First, there were definitely immediate results, which was great to see! And the ladies who worked with me were both very nice and professional. However, about two hours after I left the office, I had some of the *worst* pain/sensitivity I have ever experienced in my mouth. It was right up there with how I felt the day after my wisdom teeth extraction, but this time I didn't have any pain medication. I've never had teeth sensitivity, so I am sure I am overreacting, but I was brought to tears that evening and couldn't talk. The pain was limited to only two teeth, but WOW... Literally knocked my breath out. I tried Orajel and Synsodine since I didn't have any idea what I should do, and that just made it worse. Soooo much worse. Blessedly, it is 48hrs later as I write this, and I am pain free and my teeth are no longer in revolt. I consider this a learning lesson for myself: I should probably pass on the 30% solution, and no more than two passes with the light **if** I ever do the in-house Glow again. I actually regret doing it because of how much pain I experienced. The whitening results were great! But I'm so pain adverse, that this was just not for me. I will definitely be back! Just maybe not for the whitening haha....

The atmosphere in the office is so relaxing. The entire staff is so nice and compassionate. Genuinely care about the patient being comfortable. I haven't met anyone in the office that hasn't been professional and yet personable. I'm thankful that my sister, Lucy Dupree, got me started with my dental care with Dr McCall. I had neglected taking care of my teeth.

Everyone is extremely friendly and yet very professional. Diane and Kim are fun to visit with while waiting on appointment. Tam is a great dental hygienist. I have sensitive gums and teeth and she always keeps that in mind. Dr. McCall is very professional, but friendly too. He pays attention to any questions or concerns I have. I don’t like going to the dentist at all, but if I have to go, this is the place.
