Dr Lopez is an excellent optometrist. I am very pleased with his entire staff. They are patient and kind. However the main receptionist is rude. At my last visit she argued with me regarding the purpose of my visit. I explained that I made the appointment with another person and that I was all set. She continued to reprimand me in front of other people in the waiting room. It is too bad that she is the first person you see. Thank you for his opportunity.

This office is super friendly, our first was visit was very welcoming, we didn’t wait we were called in right on time , it is a little outdated . Dr.Lopez explained everything very well , would recommend to my friends

I had an appointment 30 days out and they called and offered me an earlier appointment due to a cancellation. It made my day because I needed to have the examination by the end of the year.

Dr Lopez does a great job as always, my eyes like him very much. However the thermostat on the wall in the waiting room is from 1972, please change that out. You can pass on the savings from your heating bill onto your customers. 🤓

No waiting in the waiting room, appointment went fast & smooth. New technology was a HUGE help so you can drive home safely without needing your eyes dilated. The staff was extremely helpful with picking out new glasses for me that fit the shape of my face and looked good.

Dr. Lopez has been caring for me and my family for 15 years. His attentiveness to military and military retirees is a comfort. While his care is excellent, and I would rather not go anywhere else, due to changes in Tricare, routine eye exams are no longer covered. Since his fees went up since my last visit, I can no longer afford to pay them out of pocket, and I will likely seek my eye care elsewhere next time. Like I said, I would rather not see anyone else, and I understand he has to run a business, but it's too expensive for me. Otherwise I have no issue with the quality of his care. Thank you.
