Being there with Dr Alex is amazing with his professionalism , takes away the fear of possible pain. Going to the Dentist for years since I was 18 yrs old, we had nothing to curb the pain, now it’s laser getting a tooth replacing an old filling is so easy and very little pain. I am 86 yrs old and I’m just amazed at this new technology . I have seen it all in my lifetime and it’s very hard to spell it out, but I’m glad I lived as long as I have , I can say I have been there. Thank you Dr. Alex Mcilvaine.

I have had the worst experiences in the past with dentists. Both Dr. Alex and Shannon have changed my perception about dentists. They are both young and very gifted! They are up to date with all the techniques and tools. Both are very calming in their approach. Wadsworth and surrounding areas should feel very lucky we have them!

Went in for cleaning and an adjustment. My bite was not correct after my last filling. Plus I chipped a tooth. So a little grinding was in order. Seems better, but I’ll need more time. My visit went extremely quick tho despite having the little “extra” work done. 😀

My hygienist (Debbie?) did a wonderful job of explaining best way to use a powered toothbrush and details of how well I was taking care of my teeth. I did have one area that has been of concern to me and she gave me a good explanation of what was going on in that area. No contact between 2 teeth that allows food to be pushed into that area. I was able to get in the next day for a chipped filling. This was my first time with Dr. Burton...very nice!

Appt was on time. All employees friendly and helpful. Dr McIlvaine took time with me and explained things well.

The repair to my broken tooth was quick, friendly and a quality job. The staff was wonderful. My only recommendation is : when I called to set up your service, I gave my insurance info and all was scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately when I checked in for this needed repair, I was told they do not support my dental plan, thus costing me $350 out of pocket . Confirming insurance coverage when scheduling should be a priority.

Dr. Shannon is so gentle!! As a person very afraid of needles, I've never had a better experience. You can tell she knows her stuff. Oh, and she is FUNNY, too!

I went in for a gum irritation issue. I was so impressed that Dr. McIlvaine showed me simple things I could do at home to help remedy this situation without using expensive products or medicines. He also gave me a variety of products to take home to try. He’s personable and knowledgeable and I so appreciated that he took time to listen to me and any concerns that I had.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Warner, but it was my first time with dental hygienist Elizabeth and Dr. Burton. Both ladies were fantastic! I am glad to see that though Dr. Warner retired, the staff is just as friendly and helpful as always! I highly recommend Dr. Burton to anyone looking for a dentist!

Great service got me in and out in and out quick. Was having fun issues and the cleaned my teeth with minimal irrigation to my already irritated gums.

Outstanding service, great atmosphere and outstanding dental care.

Had laser proceedure to fill a small cavity. Was nervous when starting with no anesthesia, but discomfort was minimal and filling was done in 10 minutes. Could eat right away and no numbness recovery discomfort. For minor fillings... pretty slick. I would recommend.

I cracked my top front cap. After consulting with Dr McIlvaine, I decided to have my six front teeth crowned. My crowns are beautiful and natural. The doctor is a perfectionist and it shows. I know you will be happy with your visit.

Very professional and friendly

My cleaning went extremely well. I have followed all the suggestions given by the dental hygienist to improve my ability to care for my teeth in between visits.
