I am so appreciative to have gone to Medical Thermography NW. Jeannie Nelson was professional, calm, kind which allows the client to feel comfortably assured. I selected to have thermal imaging vs the mammogram. The results will be provided to my physician, allowing for review and discussion. I am so grateful to have Medical Thermography NW & Jeannie Nelson for my health maintenance. Oh, and the cost was so very reasonable, too! Cheers!

There's nothing about getting a thermogram that allows you to be shy but the medical information it provides and the non-invasive way it's provided is well worth enduring the procedure.

Jeannie is the queen of making a bare-breasted woman in front of a camera comfortable. Other than a little self-consciousness at exposing myself to someone other than my husband, I found the procedure quick but not hurried, painless, and conversationally pleasant. The report that came back could use a little more clarification, (such as what a hypothermal or hyperthermal spot might indicate). But the exam itself was not unpleasant. Jeannie is a pro--thorough, cheerful, friendly and calming.

Jeannie, You are such a kind, gentle person! You put me at ease immediately. I had the ultrasound today. They even have warm gel that they put on you to slide the device around on. They found nothing "crazy". Those are the words of the technician that did the procedure. That heat is probably generated by my allergies that give me a constant rash that I have to keep from scratching. The base of the neck behind the clavicle bones is one of my bad spots.
