Everything - From checking temperature before allowing a patient to enter to the dental hygienist cleaning and the Dentist’s exam!

Simone cleaned my teeth and it might have been the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. She has a quiet, respectful energy that is calming and reassuring; she was straight-forward, conscientious, and diligent. I felt like I was in good hands. I have always had a good experience with this practice so I am not surprised when their employees demonstrate professionalism and compassion. But even by their high standards Simone’s work was noticeable.

Nina is wonderful, very thorough, spent time on education. very pleased.

I very much like Meridian Dental Group and would recommend to a friend. BUT my last visit felt rushed/chaotic, I hope it was a one time occurrence.

The dentist (Dr Choi) was great. Gentle yet skilled. State of the art technology. The office was very accommodating and made time for me to see the dentist as I had a emergent situation. I’d highly recommend this practice.

Everyone was super efficient and friendly, as usual, and the technician seemed to be doing a thorough job with my cleaning. But I still feel rough areas in the crevices between my front teeth (top and bottom); they don't feel as smooth as they usually do post-cleaning, so I'm disappointed.

Usually I would give 5 stars but last visit I had an unusually long wait time and my hygienist was not as gentle as what I’m used to from the practice

I actually look forward to going to the dentist every since months. From the personable staff to the Dentists, they take pride in knowing their patients and making every visit worthwhile.

I have been with Meridian Dental Group since they opened 11 years ago! They are always very polite, attentive, and caring in treating me. Sarah the Registered Dental Hygienist is amazing!!! So gentle and gives great advice on how to care for my teeth! She’s the best I have ever been to!!! Jessie the Front Desk Supervisor is so nice as well!!! She has been awesome for the entire 11 years I have been going there... she is kind, professional, and always has a smile! And of course Dr. Cho, who is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 53 years on Earth. His technique and knowledge is at the top of his field, and has done work on me that someone else would not have been able to do. I will be a patient of his for the rest of my life!!! Overall just a superb Dental practice!!! If you knew me you would know I do not write reviews for anything, but Sarah, Jessie, Dr. Cho, and the rest of the staff of the Meridian Dental Group deserve to be recognized for the first rate job that they do! Been coming to Meridien for a number of years now. While it is difficult to get appointments in, the office staff as a whole is also helpful and professional.

My hygienist is awesome and so was the Doctor- very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional- also great environment!

I love Dr. Chan. She's the best. But there have been times when I've visited the office when I'm given a different dentist without prior notice. Not a huge fan of that. This past visit, I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes before seeing a person who actually worked there. It was incredibly strange

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chan since a decade. I can’t imagine ever going to another dentist or dentist practice. The team at Meridian is stellar, professional and carefully chosen to create the “Meridian Experience” which had been in the works right from the beginning. This place never needed to grow up because it was like this right from the beginning. But it did grow and the care and very personal attention remained (if not even improved) .. so to me visiting Meridian is more like a spa (for my teeth) than anything. I could not recommend it more! Professionalism, Ambience and friendly staff with great dental knowledge and performance; also excellent leadership.

Recently I called in for an urgent appointment after a veneer on one of my front teeth broke off. I was scheduled to see Dr. Cho. It was supposed to be a one-hour appointment, but after assessing my tooth, he patiently explained to me my options, taking care to answer my questions and ensure that I understood the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with what I believed would produce the best result, which was also the procedure that would take the most time. Dr. Cho didn't blink. Even when unexpected situations arose in the office, requiring his presence, he would leave only for a short time, quickly returning to continue working with me. It was not a simple procedure; to design and mold the ceramic that would fit most effectively onto my tooth required painstaking attention to detail, and more importantly, a commitment to deliver the best possible treatment for his patient. Dr. Cho did all of this with a smile on his face. Our appointment ended up blocking out most of his afternoon, but he never once let on that there was anything more important to him than making sure I was satisfied. I certainly was. Every one of his staff members who I spoke with was also very friendly and helpful. I arrived at my appointment with a stressful situation and left very pleased--both with my experience and the work that was performed. Thank you Dr. Cho & team!

Strength - The lady who performed the cleaning, polishing and fluoride was very thorough, i was impressed. Dr. Cho as many of you already know is very humble and modest person, simply put he cares. He is the only reason am writing this feedback. Opportunity - Appointment time miscommunications could be avoided. No patient deserves a rude person on the call for change in appointment time on their end.
