Everyone in the office is very friendly & accommodating. I have been going there for years, same with my family. The office repesents great teamwork & patient centered care.

I love the whole staff Dr Michael is very painless and answers all questions, not just quick blow off answers either he makes sure you understand. All the ladies are very sweet and professional, I wish I always went to Dr Michael, I may not have had as many dental problems

I was very anxious coming to the dentist after a little hiatus, but Kristen, Jen, and Dr. Bronstein made me feel very comfortable. I have a treatment plan and am confident that following their advice and plan that I will be on my way to a healthier smile.

Why not 5? the New Hygienist did not introduce herself in the beginning the cleaning. Very friendly, knowledgeable and the cleaning experience was great but an introduction would have been welcomed to a new patient.

My daughter had another fantastic experience at the dentist! Kristen was so good with her and helped get a (very) loose tooth out without any tears. Both my kids (ages 5 & 7) say that they love this dentist! The hygienists talk to them the entire time and make them feel super comfortable and Dr. Bronstein is great!

Dr. Michael Bronstein was a friendly doctor which was nice considering I was a quiet person and felt nervous going to the dentist often. He even introduced himself to my significant other in the waiting room! I felt like that was good in building rapport with new patients as well as long-time patients. I was very impressed that they measured my gums as well - I have never had that measured in any other dentists I used to go to until now. The assistant Kristen (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was friendly to me and her coworkers as well. She helped me demonstrate the correct way of flossing which I feel was great as most people I have known do not know how to floss correctly. They all discuss the best ways to deal with your teeth health while also complying with insurances. The office staff was also great as I could tell they took care to not overbook the doctors and assistants on days there are fewer people as well. They were amicable and polite. I can honestly recommend visiting the dentist might not be as bad as I thought anymore. I highly recommend them!

Michael and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Michael replaced three of my metal fillings, and I couldn’t be more please with how my teeth look and feel. Michael took his time, explained everything to me and was very good at asking if I needed a break and telling me I was being a good patient. I highly recommend this practice.

I felt relaxed and informed by the staff. During procedures they did not try to rush through them.

As usual, office staff was so pleasant and informative. The hygienist was personable and of course Dr. Bronstein is the best!!

My only issue is between emails and texts I received 6 reminders about my appt. A bit much.

The entire experience from arrival to departure is professional, yet warm and welcoming. Everyone on staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and at ease. Dr. BRONSTEIN is thorough, calming, gentle, and understanding. He takes time to get to know his patients, as does the staff. It feels like family! I would refer Dr. BRONSTEIN to anyone and will remain a lifelong patient.

Jackie was amazing! First cleaning I’ve had in a loooong time where I didn’t gag and my teeth and head didn’t hurt afterwards.

From the moment you walk in the door, there's a smiling(most of the time) Nichole with a warm greeting....then it's off to the dental chair with Doctor Mike. An extremely knowledgeable and friendly professional who makes you forget any problems with dentists in the past. His nurses are extremely proficient in their duties and overall, if you have any problems with your teeth, I strongly recommend Dr. Mike Bronstein and his staff for your needs. You won't regret it!

Friendly Staff Great Dental Work!!

Always greeted with a smile by the receptionist, Nicole. Appointments are always done on time. No waiting. The dental assistant, Alyssa, is so nice and professional. Very considerate of the sensitivity of my gums during cleaning, causing no pain. Dr. Bronstein keeps me informed of my dental health and makes recommendations regarding what I need to be doing to maintain the health of my teeth or what steps need to be done next to correct any problems.

I always have Professional Service when I go to doctor Bronstein's office. The young lady that attended to me this time was extremely professional and nice. I look forward to seeing her again on my next visit

A warm welcoming office. Dr was very caring and clearly explained my situation. He gave me a medication to relieve my discomfort and offered a work up for a more permanent fix. I was pleased with my visit.
