I enjoy my annual visit to Dr. Jones’ office. He and his staff are pleasant and attentive. The office is clean and uncluttered, adding to the calm experience. I’ve appreciated that they are on schedule, not double (or triple) booked.

Dr. Jones is so kind and thorough. He doesn't make you feel bad about telling him the truth like some doctors (maybe I don't change out my contacts as often as I should...) and he's not condescending. I really enjoy going to him. And would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Great exam and I liked the addition of the MRI to gather more information about my eyes. Prescription I was given is showing results. Doctor Jones answered all my questions.

Everything was done very efficiently from front desk to testing to Dr. visit - not much waiting, which was very refreshing! Loved that! My recommendation, however, would be for staff to be a bit friendlier, talkative overall, and especially for the eyeglass prescription filler to even just smile every once in a while (which the others at least did!) But the front desk girls did not respond to my arriving comment about nice new office, it was completely ignored which I found odd.

Dr. Jones and his staff are professional and kind. The time spent in the waiting room is minimal and I feel the eye exam is very thorough.

This was my 1st visit. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Truly feel my concerns and needs, were conpletely their nain concern and were completeky satisfied. A truly great experience!!
