Thank you to Tara, Dental Hygentist, for the excellent work she did for me in my dental cleaning today. Also, she really helped me with getting through the xrays! No gagging! I was never rushed. Everything was explained to me. Tara is very patient, calming and knowledgeable. Very gentle in the cleaning and very thorough! The entire office is so organized and a calm experience. Everyone is giving their very best effort, to help you. Brittany has been extremely helpful with appointments and explaining the tentative expected charges. She was very good about that, so that I will know what to expect. Brittany is very organized. You feel like everyone cares about the patient!! This is so greatly appreciated. I forgot right this second, the name of the other very nice lady, that works in the office. I believe she is the dental assistant. she helped me on Tuesday and also, today with pressing the button for us on the xrays today. Very kind and understanding lady!! I believe she is the dental assistant for procedures! She is very pleasant and supportive! The doctor is also so calming and nice. He seems very genuine and very knowledgeable so you feel you are in a comfortable environment. I really would very highly recommend your office. This is a wonderful environment for patients, going through dental, which can be stressful! I have a very good and confident feeling about the care I received at the office. I appreciate it greatly! Besides being extremely professional, Dr. Patterson and all his staff is incredible friendly and welcoming. I had an emergency and he was able to see me and solve it on the same day. I honestly can't say enough about all of you. Every time I go in, I am greeted with personable smiling faces and that same energy is carried on throughout the whole time I'm there. I never thought that going to a dentist would be enjoyable... and I used to be terrified due to past experiences. One person that I would like to highlight is Taryn. When I go in, she is always in a wonderful mood and I can tell that she is very passionate about what she does. She explains in detail what she is doing and what she is looking for. She has never lectured me about flossing more, etc., instead, she will let you know why it's important and encourage you to make changes. She has never shamed me or made me feel guilty and she has allowed me to take responsibility for my own health. The moment she made a Spongebob reference was just another sign that reassured me how much I trust her. Taryn is kind, understanding, encouraging, confident, thorough and a genuine person that radiates from the inside out. She has a beautiful soul and that positivity that is also seems at the front desk to the other dentists is what keeps me coming back. Thank you all for giving so much to those you work with and I hope you know that your kindness is not going unnoticed.

I was very impressed with the beautiful office. April and Lorrie, who are at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, helpful, cheerful and efficient. Mel, my hygienist, was amazing. She spent time discussing any concerns I had plus performed a thorough but gentle cleaning. I am very impressed with Mountain Springs dental office and Dr Patterson. I would would highly recommend this office.
