New assistant appeared to be having problems using the equipment. Clumsy and had to keep repeating things till she got them right. When I told her she was causing me pain (which I’ve never had there before) I was ignored. When solution got away from her and shot down my throat and gagged me I said how awful it tasted and even though I said it was still a very bad taste remaining when I was ready to leave no offer for mouthwash etc. I actually stood by my car in the parking lot using a purse size bottle of mouthwash to gargle and spit in the lot. I sure hope she improves before I have to come back.

Dr. MuethDDS has been our dentist since our children were very young. He is a wonderful and professional Orthodontist. All of the staff are very calming if needed as well as doing the work on cleaning teeth, x-rays, etc. I'm never nervous about going to the office for my checkup.

The employees were friendly. You sent out the "dental survey" ahead of time so it could be completed at home and not at the office. The teeth cleaning seemed to be done well. First time I was given an electric tooth brush and a full tub of toothpaste free. Doctor Mueth has a good plan on how to solve my dental problems economically, which naturally is very important to me!! He seems to be a very capable dentist.

The lady at the front desk is always very pleasant when she greets you. She knew me by name. Alicia, who cleaned my teeth was also very pleasant, however, I had to ask her what her name was.
