The access and the coordination of the dentists worked very well to treat the patient. There was very little wait time and the practice accommodated any requests for information and follow-up visits. The only improvement area was that I noticed no tissues or hand wiping liquid in the waiting room.

The dentist was very warm and informed me about each step she was doing, she continuesly checked in to make sure I wasn’t in any pain also adding what a good job I was doing. At the end of my root canal she showed me my X-rays and told me of another possible problem with a different tooth I could have. The atmosphere was kind and helpful

The procedure was painless. They told the price before the work was started. A little bit costly but worth it. The cost is to be expected in today's world. They at least have me the option weather or not to go along with it. Other places do the work and then give you a surprise bill.

Dr. Luba Borukhova has earned my highest praise and respect. I went into the procedure extremely nervous and apprehensive. She put me at ease and was very patient. The procedure after the initial injections that eliminate pain was truly painless. I took Advil once when I got home after the procedure but did not need it again - there is no pain or discomfort. Wow, what a relief! I highly recommend Dr. Luba.

This is the 2nd root canal I had done. The staff took care of me very well and in both cases the female dentist were very patient and helped me get though the procedures given my fear of dentistry period. I did not experience pain with the injections or procedure.. I have not gotten over my fears from other past bad experiences with other dentists but if I have to get another root canal I will return to this practice.

I was fortunate to have had 2 appointments with Dr. Lagan. She is very knowledgeable, proficient & efficient & thorough in both her evaluation, & her work. She has excellent technique & her delivery of novacain via injection was seamless, hit all the right spots, I was thoroughly numb when she proceeded to work on my upper molar, & best of all her injection technique is virtually painless! I highly sensitive to novacain needles & I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I didn’t even feel the drill in my root canal. The staff are also great. Friendly, helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice & Dr. Lagan for your endodontal needs.

The Staff the dentist assistant were very professional and courteous. The dentist was very professional, honest and straight to the point on my diagnosis. Her response was the same as my regular dentist we have to watch the issue with my tooth that was bothering me.

I appreciated the consult given by Dr. Kagan in regard to an upper molar. I was referred by my general dentist to this practice for root canal therapy, however Dr. Kagan saw the root damage and location and this therapy was not advised. She said extraction was the proper.course of treatment. I went home, called my oral surgeon and saw him the next day. He said the endodontist made the proper assessment. All went well.

I really appreciated being called in on time and how the doctor explained things during the process. I had a root canal retreatment and so far I feel fine despite a little soreness. The music they played also alleviated some of my stress becaus it was calm and peaceful. Overall my experience was great for going to the dentist.

This was my fourth root canal with Dr. Kagan. Unfortunately I needed four root canals over the last year. Every time has been such a breeze.
