Everything was great. Your staff is excellent. I do have a concern. I paid for a deep cleaning. The right side of my mouth was dead. Then the dentist came in and did a very rushed job on the cleaning and I don’t recall that the right hand part of my mouth was addressed at all. I think that there was a communication breakdown and he was surprised that I had been booked. Overall though I am very pleased with the implant that was installed.

Dr Nilar Thein is very nice and does a complete oral exam when I go in to see her. She is gentle and doesn’t cause any pain when doing dental procedures. She doesn’t try to over sell any unnecessary procedures. I enjoy her clean office and her staff as well.
