Excellent service on every level & with every employee I had contact with. Efficient, knowledgeable, well trained, organized, courteous & caring, impeccably honest in billing policies & procedures, clean & pleasant facility, good parking & convenient location. I have been a 10 yr plus patient. The doctors stay up to date in their specialities, are thorough in their exams, listen to you respectfully & have been proactive in managing my eye care.

I don’t think I should have to pay for contact fittings when there was no fitting. I was told it was for the contact prescription. I thought that was why I went to the optometrist, to get a prescription. Next time I will just ask for my prescription and order elsewhere.

Dr. Pettigrew is caring and lets you understand any eye issues you may have.

The receptionists were friendly and nice. The girl who did my eye tests was great. Dr.Martin is the BEST!! He is always professional but relates on a personal basis as well. He’s thorough, very informative, listens to my concerns and answers my questions at all times. He shows interest and concern for my eye care. I’ve always been 1000% pleased with Dr. Martin!

We spent our initial visit with Danielle. She was spectacular! My mom doesn't speak English well and is always concerned that people will treat her inferior/unintelligent but Danielle was very kind and patient. She really put my mom at ease. Dr. Rankin is absolutely fabulous, couldn’t love her more. However, I ended up going elsewhere to purchase my frames. I wasn’t sold on what I wanted at Norman Vision, and didn’t get much assistance, so I decided to look around at other clinics. I went to another clinic that was super helpful and helped me get a frame that really fit my bridge, etc. which is something I’ve never gotten with Norman Vision. That would be my only feedback... I would’ve probably bought frames from Norman Vision if the staff in the frames had tried to assist/show me what to look for.

I love Dr. Martin and the staff in the back. The front desk girls aren’t all on the same page and this has caused some confusion with my bill. Dr. Pettigrew and staff are always great. The experience of picking and ordering glasses was a different story. The girl that helped me was very abrupt and short. I think it wouldn’t have bothered me so much if she hadn’t been that way to an elderly couple she waited on before me. She had them so confused and was so impatient with them that by the time she waited on me, I just wanted to tell her off. She was blonde and had a pony tail. I don’t recall her name but she needs a lesson in respect and bedside manner especially of elderly patients.

Overall, my first eye exam was extremely thorough and comfortable. I was disappointed to leave without a written prescription or any record of the appointment. I’m not even sure the name of the doctor I saw (but she was great). If there is a way to access my records online, I haven’t been notified about it.

I was able to get an appt in the same week I called. Everyone there was really nice and helpful. I had a little bit of a Waite to be seen but they gave me 10% off to make up for it which made me really happy. They helped me pick a super cute pair of glasses and made the whole experience a pretty fun one.

I can't thank your staff enough. My son is autistic which makes any doctors appointment an adventure. Well this time he had a Chernobyl like meltdown and I was so close to asking to reschedule and coming back later. I was worried he would bother other people trying to see the doctor but the entire staff treated us like my son was quiet and not having a meltdown. We needed and evaluation of his vision so he could start his school/therapy to help with his autism. Dr. Flax was beyond great. He checked my sons vision and we were in our way. He didn't do a lot of stuff that didn't need to be done. Some doctors would try to get a loud child out as fast as they could but it was easy to tell Dr Flax cares about his patients and makes sure they receive what they need. Because my son can be loud and cry if he's uncomfortable there have been times we've both been in tears leaving a doctors office. He was upset because he was scared or uncomfortable I was upset because of how he was treated. This time we left with a smile. Well I did my son was sleepy but that alone would be enough for me to recommend your clinic to anybody who asks. So sorry for the long message but I really cannot think the entire staff for making us feel incredibly comfortable for a change

Great staff from the time I walked in the door, to the young man that helped me before dr. Pepper, obviously dr. Pepper and the lady that helped me with my prescription. All professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

I was greeted by a woman a positive attitude and a desire to help me through the paperwork should I need it. Next, I met a tech who reviewed my lengthy amount of history and medications that only a long time of living can produce, all the while she is still attending college. My desire to keep abreast of my eye health was a goal I set and a goal the doctor set so that my sight can be kept as healthy and sharp as possible. I was impressed with the positive attitude of everyone, Dr. Flax is a real human being who cares about his patients. Today I came to get some new glasses. And we had Maddie, she was AWESOME! She helped my find the best glasses for me and gave me honest opinions! I love her, she also got me in right away and she helped me and my mother get the right things for us. She also helped us by giving us her opinion on each thing we had to get! Everything was great! I didn't get in for about 20-30 minutes past the set appointment time, but this was not surprising as this if often the case. The technicians were very good -- thorough, willing and able to answer questions, etc. Dr. Martin is always great! I had asked him a question about a medication, and he said he would check on it for me. He had a tech call me that afternoon. I really appreciated the response.

Exam was good but the Rx for eye cream for infection is hard to get. Homeland pharm. & Walgreens day they don’t carry & can’t get it. Any suggestions?

Dr Newcomer impresses me with her caring manner each time I visit - she has been tremendously helpful, and eased my concerns about issues I have been dealing with for the first time this year.

Everyone was so helpful with the glasses that I was not happy with. They went out of thier way to see that the new correction and lenses would work for me.

Once I went back the service was quick and excellent, however I did spend nearly a half hour in the waiting room

So Dr. Ingles was great and all the staff were friendly, and helped explain anything that was being discussed about my vision. What is missing for a 5 star review from me is timeliness. My appointment was for 8:20a and I didn’t leave until 11a. I’m not sure if this is normal for a visit at this doctor, or if it was because I was a new patient, but I felt I was kept waiting to see the doctor for too long. I actually took a nap in the exam room while I waited (which may say more about how tired I am than anything). Anyway, good service, but not crazy about the amount of time I spent there.

Dr. Flax is exceptional in every way - thorough explanations that are appropriate for someone outside of the optometry circle. I always appreciates how he lays out various options for treatment. I am so thankful my neighbor recommended him and look forward to seeing him every year!

Got in and out fairly quickly for the appointment. Which I cannot decide if it is good or bad. They seem to try and rush through as many people as possible to increase bottom line which I understand but it feels no better than something at a mall kiosk just trying to capture as much as possible.

I feel like everything was excellent. Dr. Newcomer explained everything very well and June really helped me by settling my workman’s comp. so that I could finally come in! My only complaint is that I had to do some of the vision tests multiple times because the first tech to help me didn’t record them.

As always, felt welcome, answered all my questions and was great helping with selection of my glasses.

Very efficient. I appreciated the guidance on selecting lenses for my computer glasses. I had not known that using transition lenses for glasses I will wear when working on a desktop will reduce blue light emitted from the display.

The check in process was a breeze. The assistant to Dr. Martin was pretty fantastic. I always love seeing Dr. Martin when I come and the ladies that help secure your glasses a fantastic as well. It takes a little while to get someone to assist in that area because they provide undivided attention to who they help, makes it worth waiting. Only issue is the young lady when checking out, she has on both of my visits seem to be in a bit of a hurry to give you your charges and accepti payment. A little tweak there and I don’t think you will find a better office around for eyes.

Wish that when the doctor prescribes medicine(eye drops) that he could sign off on it immediately so it would send to the pharmacy to be picked up as soon as possible. Otherwise, everything was Great!!

Everything went really well. I was called back on time and all the techs were very friendly and efficient. My husband, our daughter and son in law, as well as our two grandchildren, all go to Dr. Pettigrew. All of us enjoy him and he always explains everything he is doing.
