very great service every time i come in from the optometrist to the optician to the front desk they take many insurance & also take coupons plus knowlegable about eye diseases also & testing & eye glasses

I was apprehensive because my last experience was less than ideal. I felt like I got rushed through, and I didn't know what happened until I was out the door. This time I made sure to ask questions about everything. I still paid way too much, and didn't have the flexibility I would have liked. All the people were nice and were professional. There were a few things I didn't understand, but it didn't change my options, which were few. The cost of my glasses is astronomical. $1,2045 is way out of line for a pair of glasses that are supposed to last for 2 years. Outrageous! Somebody is getting rich off this poor widow.

Rachael helped my son find the perfect lenses, right size and tight color. She is so knowledgeable, I come there especially for her. Super helpful, fantastic customer service!

The gals at Normandy know almost instantly what glasses will look good in you and I’ve never had to have a thousand adjustments so the technical staff is also top notch as I have prisms in my lenses. The styles are spot on trend wise and I’ve had many complements! My physician, Dr, Robert Erickson, has never questioned their skill in fitting!
